Real person here. I don't leave reviews often, but when I do it's either because it was the worst or best. I've been getting pizza from this place for a long while now. Very rarely do I get any errors. This time I did get one. I was sad and my children were disappointed. I called to see if anything could be done about it and the nice employee on the phone handled the situation amazingly. They were polite and got right to business. They quickly came and gave me a replacement pizza. I highly recommend this place. If your having a bad day and just want some pizza you can count on these folks to deliver!

Ordered pizza through my account, which had my correct phone number and gate code listed. they cancelled my order after trying an old phone number that was not listed on my account, because they didn't know my gate code, which was listed on the Order. Then insisted to me that it wasn't there, despite the fact that i can see the gate code on my online order form. Finally, i was not refunded the cost of the cancelled order, with them continually claiming that my card will eventually be refunded. Never happened. To summarize, They will take your money, make up a reason to cancel the order, then never refund you.

I place my order online and when I get to the store 20 minutes later the lady tells me I have to wait another 20-25 minutes!! And it’s not even busy in there. Extremely disappointed I fill like just because I paid already they didn’t take the time to do the order, and it’s already too late to cancel cause they have ur money already. Won’t be going back for a while!!!

The size of the pizzas are smaller than the normal..... Could be corporate, if so 🤔, what can we do??? Not to mention the prices, but that's a different story!!! #bringbacktheregularsize!
I love this place. Delivery is always friendly. Food is always on point. My only complaint is I never redeem my points because when its time to pay I always have problems of it going through. Or it takes literally about 30 minutes to get it to work. Been a loyal customer for years tho.

I came in at their rush time and John was very helpful in telling me the coupons since I didn't know what would be best in my budget. I did end up grabbing their manager special and grabbed myself a chicken pasta alfredo. The wait time was understandable but wasn't too long, it was about 15 minutes I think. It was nice to be able to sit and have a nice dinner inside rather than being out at the fair with the whole crowd.
