I’ve been ordering from here for a long time and never had complaints. But last night I noticed our pizza was under cooked and I found a long piece of blonde/light brown hair baked into the cheese. Took a big ol bite and chewed then that’s when I felt the string of hair. Very unfortunate. Pls y’all wear your hairnets and avoid touching your person when handling food!!

Worst customer service ever I was waiting in line and they helped people who came after me first then they got my order wrong. They had to remake it and made me wait 30 minutes. If they made the mistake, why did I have to wait in line again? That should’ve made my order first even if they made it wrong.

I ordered online and had it delivered. It was just fine, but they need to teach their employees how to cut a pizza . This is ridiculous, and the huge slice fell apart when attempting to eat. I tried to even say this on the actual website, but it let me click one thing and submited it before I was even done.

I will not be ordering from this location ever again.The last two orders I have done on the app were ignored. I had to call the store to inquire about my car side order and I had already waited 30 min after the estimated time. and was then told it would be another 15 min. meaning they didn't even start my order I hour after I placed it. not acceptable. If the store is busy and cannot make the order in the estimated time please just give a longer wait time. no big deal but don't waste peoples time.

Ordered 9 pizza for my son's birthday. Placed the order at noon for it to be ready at 1:15 pm. When I got to Dominos at 1:15 pm only two employees were there not doing much. When I saw no pizzas in the oven I began to worry. Sure thing, my order had not even started being made. The young lady tells me it will be 15 minutes. I came back at 1:30pm and my order is still not ready. So, I'm waiting here... let's see what time my order gets done.My order finally was finished at 1;56pm.

I ordered for delivery (since my son & I made a fort, Elemental que'd up on the laptop) for a ? night... less than 3 blocks away... pizza & cheese bread came COLD AF... delivery driver was very nice... but when I called the woman was RUDE AF, even though I brought the cold food back... wouldn't even refund the delivery charge... NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!!(One star because you can't give 0 & the other employees seemed to be hard at work & friendly)

If I could give this place a 0, I would. My dad went to get food and the manager was yelling at her staff, berating and belittling them. He overheard her telling her staff to just keep making food after they took his order and money, no handwashing, no gloves. Talk about cross contamination. We didn't eat it. He felt so bad for the staff she was yelling at, he still walked out with the order. I witness a new hire in training go home from the yelling for things I'm that looked she was asking about. Calling health department !

If you want to watch staff get yelled at by a manager on a power trip this Dominos on a Saturday is the place to go. I am beyond appalled with the manager at this location. If your pizza is late or looks like someone threw up on it, she's the reason. That food was made with anger. Employees handle cash and food at the same time, there it's no hand washing or using gloves.

2 stars for convenience. 1-2 jalapeños per slice on a dry pizza that was ordered with extra sauce. Don't bother ordering extra cheese because they wont give it to you here. This place can never get my order right. 0 quality pizza, just a quick grab when in a rush.
