Not sure why the bad reviews? Stopped in this morning, everything clean, great service, and polite staff. I recommend this store (and the donuts and coffee were great too).

The customer service is terrible. We enter the place and no one came to take our order. We waited for 10 minutes and they still doing other things. We felt ignored, until we came to them to ask them for help. The place was empty. So there’s is no excuse to say they’re were busy.

the girl with the glasses and the girl with pink hair need to get fired immediately !!! my drink is always sour! they add things i don’t ask for in my drink just so that i don’t come back! bad business. making dunkin’ donuts look bad. they’re always rushing me to leave too. makes sense why they work there

The girl with the pink hair and the girl with the glasses both need to be fired. They will purposefully make your drink bad so you stop coming. ANY other worker at this location makes your drink perfectly. Go to La Quinta Dunkin it’s a little farther but WAY BETTER!

I got a coffee, it was terrible. I watched them make it. Pour some black stuff into a big jug pour some water into that jug for the jug into a cup, here you go sir. It tasted like water of course but burnt. I also asked for the blueberry shot and I asked for a bit extra I couldn't taste it at all. I basically just threw it away I couldn't even drink it.
