They stuffed half a dozen maple bars in a small bag instead of putting them in a box. Sent my husband to buy the maple bars and when he arrived home the donuts were a mess. You should put half a dozen MAPLE BARS in a box.

This place is so slow. 20 minutes for 2 coffees and a hot chocolate. Not crowded at all. Tried it twice and slow both times.

Ok - good news, bad news...The good news is I had a cold brew and it was perfect. Not too strong or watery, drinkable black, which is pretty unusual. More good news includes the hash browns, which were perfectly crisp on the outside and not overly salty, probably for the first time in five or six visits. And then the bad news: My husband ordered his sandwich on an everything bagel and got a plain one instead. I asked for no cheese on mine, but ended up with cheese anyway. Yes, that's right. Both sandwiches were made incorrectly.Then there's the app. Now, I know employees don't have any control over the app, but why would it offer to give me the reward of 3 munchkins if there is no key for that on the register? The server said, "We can only sell 5 of those, not 3, so there's no way I can take that reward." So I end up buying 5 instead of getting 3 for free, and hoping that I'll be able to find another Dunkin that'll accept the QR code for the 3. Who knows if that'll happen - the points have already been subtracted off my total. Ok. I'm fussing over free stuff, I know, but this speaks to disorganization in the company's policy, and can create confusion in customers (which often manifests itself as irritation when there's a line) which can't be good for business.

Sat in line for 15 minutes for who knows what reason. Finally got up to the window and there was no hello no nothing so we decided just to drive off and not give them any of our hard-earned money. Whatever is going onWith the store it obviously is losing money and not working.

The service here is very terrible, they keep forgetting to put the items we ask for on our order and have signs out for drinks they never carry. The coffee is always over iced way over it is intended to, and the interior looks terrible, and very gross. Their frozen drink machine hasn't worked in over a month and they are doing nothing to fix it obviously manager is NOT managing. Don't Ever come here.

I don't know about this very establishment. On one hand it's Coffee is either very good or Bad. The workers are very nice but I witnessed some man come in and order a coffee and then he drank it and said "Bleh!" "This is the worst coffee I've ever had" and I didn't know how to feel about that. It was indeed a shocker! Dunkin' donuts feels very modern and doesn't give off that donut shop vibe, so I can't give a true review that applies for everyone!

Visited 7/18 afternoon. Yikes. It's always a red flag when the customer has better customer service than the actual employee. Young cashier lady, basically grunted at me that she was ready to take my order. Then when I excused myself to get the app working.. a moment later I go back to the counter. . Waited like 5 mins for her to com back. I hear her and other employees just chopping it up among themselves. Small talk. Another customer came in and waited in line. I just left. Didn't want to ride that train wreck. Let alone spend a dime there. Looking at these other reviews ... this location has a problem to tend to.....

They don't even deserve 1 star. Had to wait in the drive thru for 10 minutes, before someone took my order, then they proceeded to come on the speaker and say 'wait she's busy'. Finally someone took my order, and there was only 1 car in front of me. Still waited another 5 mins for someone to charge me and give me my drink. When I got the drink, I specifically said creamer and the employee repeated it back to me. There was no creamer in my coffee and there were coffee grounds at the bottom of it. Excuse me? Is the coffee not being brewed correctly. What a shame, their coffee is actually delicious when made properly. Sad to say I will not be returning. And before anyone says anything, I used to work at this dunkin donuts, when it first opened, I know how the coffee is supposed to be made etc.

My kids wanted to stop here on the way to Arizona and I'm so mad that I did. It added like an extra hour to our drive because the drive-through takes so long!!!! I first went inside, and the lady in front of me was ordering three dozen donuts that she ordered for pick up yesterday, but they weren't ready so I decided to go in the drive-through and I've been sitting here for 25 minutes to get 2 donuts and an iced coffee. There are 2 cars in front of me still and 4 behind me. They need to get more efficient with their service and hire more staff or just move quicker. Wont be coming here again and we usually love Dunkin.

This is the 2nd time we have gone to this place. The first time we had good service (drive thru), but oh my goodness, this time we went in because we weren't in a hurry for the moment. I think we should have left as soon as the girl behind the counter gave us attitude. We gave her the benefit of the doubt. Our mistake. She gave us the wrong items and forgot my breakfast sandwich. Plus as she finishing up my sandwich she threw it on the counter. I don't think she should be addressing anyone in the front. She needs training on CUSTOMER SERVICE. ASAP!

Service ok. The only thing is that when ask for easy ice on anything, they water it down substantially. Like barely any flavor.

i have never met more of an incompetent, rude, insensitive, and disrespectful manager in my life. Lupita, the manager of this location does not care for the safety of her workers but only the satisfaction of the customer. every time i come to this location she’s being lazy and doing absolutely nothing. she bags at her workers to do everything she’s supposed to and still complains about the work they provide her with. to say that she’s quite possibly the worst manager in dunkin history is an understatement. yesterday i was in the area and noticed a man harassing the workers and she was nowhere to be found. i hope the workers at this location are able to find a better job with better management. she’s a horrible person

Dirty store full of dust blowing around. Crumbs on tables and seats. A hair in the pastries bag. Yuck. Air vents have dust blowing on your kids. AC is off it was 91F inside I measured it. It should be about 72F. Will not be back.
