I enjoy this El Pollo Loco above any other that I've been to! The quality of food in the restaurants overall are great for fast food but this location in particular has the cleanest atmosphere and the nicest employees out of all the ones I've visited.
The managers I've interacted with and employees alike are very welcoming and personable.
I wish the El Pollo Loco App worked better but surely that's the developer not the restaurant or it's management.
Dietary restrictions: I am highly allergic to onions and I'm so happy that I can eat here and be safely accommodated without hassle or attitude from staff. No one ever treats me like I'm just picky.

On multiple different occasions (more than 5 times) they’ve given me BURNT chicken on my salad. 2 nights ago the drive through worker got my order wrong twice. They never repeat your order to make sure they got it correct and they stay silent until you tell them you’re done ordering which makes it difficult to know they’re actually getting your order down, explains why they got my order wrong twice.

My wife and I wanted El Pollo Loco on Monday afternoon, Memorial Day. Our order number 1366. The chicken I received in my 3 piece combo, was either not chicken at all, or it had been sitting all day, but tend to believe both. I was literally throwing up and diarrhea after about 6 hours eating this food. The breast meat was a weird texture and no bones in the meat, or supposed meat. We have been eating El Pollo Loco for 40 years, from Orange County to Scottsdale. We were both hungry and wanted something quick and good on our way home from our sons wedding in Orange County. This was our worst experience with an El Pollo Loco ever and never been so sick. I really believe there needs to be some serious checks into quality control at this store. If I could give the food 0 stars I would. I would love to speak to someone about my experience.

This is now the 4th time I've received old and watered down mashed potatoes, and mac and cheese. See pictures. I've told Management and they don't care. I will stop eating here. I have a company, and we eat here once a week. But no longer. It's sad they don't have a quality control protocol. It's sad they serve this to customers
