The drive thru girl at night is horrible made me wait And paused me while I wanted to place a order twice second time was horrible I’m sorry but this has happened more than once first time didn’t say nothing tonight was just not professional courtesy towards the customer that came back and continued to give this place another shot I would rather drive to the one in hwy 111 central indio than here im sorry to say one person can make a difference towards your clientele base

We had been moving and unpacking all day, Didn’t know where to go? So we tried this El Pollo. The food was so fresh and delicious! But most of all Ximina was amazing!! So very kind!!!! I was just so impressed with how hard she was working but still took the time to be so very gracious ;) Thank you so much El Pollo for hiring such kind, hardworking!! Will always come back here!!!!

As usual, chicken in Pollo Bowl, burnt. Remember when we use to get white meat chunks?? Lake Havasu has the absolute worst El Pollo Loco. Chicken is 100% burnt. I will never go there again! Horrible food! The new on in Indio is nearly as bad!!

Every time I eat here I regret, the chicken its burn and it looks like it shrink in tiny pieces, and i always get us sick from our stomachs. This is the last time we eat there, it has so much potential, but unfortunately the management is not doing the work to get better standards.

I stopped by after 8pm to eat the food i ordered through the El Pollo Loco App. I was impressed with the friendly staff and the quality of the food. Probably the best El Pollo Loco I have ever been to. Maybe the time of day had something to do with the great experience i had.
Terrible service. Went to pick up and no one in the front even greeted us. There were 2 employees in the front who saw us and they completely ignored and moved on to other parts in the back. Another worker then came out and did the same. Not one word or intention to help us. We stood there for minutes while they were making themselves look busy in a dead restaurant. Until someone from the back, Francisco, peeked over and he came to help us. Manager was Ximena, who was one of the ones acting like weren't standing at the register waiting.

I enjoy this El Pollo Loco above any other that I've been to! The quality of food in the restaurants overall are great for fast food but this location in particular has the cleanest atmosphere and the nicest employees out of all the ones I've visited.
The managers I've interacted with and employees alike are very welcoming and personable.
I wish the El Pollo Loco App worked better but surely that's the developer not the restaurant or it's management.
Dietary restrictions: I am highly allergic to onions and I'm so happy that I can eat here and be safely accommodated without hassle or attitude from staff. No one ever treats me like I'm just picky.
