I enjoy this El Pollo Loco above any other that I've been to! The quality of food in the restaurants overall are great for fast food but this location in particular has the cleanest atmosphere and the nicest employees out of all the ones I've visited.

The managers I've interacted with and employees alike are very welcoming and personable.

I wish the El Pollo Loco App worked better but surely that's the developer not the...

It seems that, no matter how simple the order or how clear the instructions, the staff at this location ALWAYS gets it wrong. Rule #1: don't use the drive thru. Rule #2: ALWAYS check the bag before you leave.

I ordered online for the first time and picked it up in store. It was ready and hot and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend El Pollo loco for a quick and delicious meal. Try their new items, there is good as the chicken they've always served.
