The location is close to shopping, but still quiet and peaceful. Guests can enjoy a friendly atmosphere, with a nice crowd for meals and drinks at the lodge. The camping area is nice, but not extravagant, mostly power and water sites with a dump station on the way out. The lodge provides great food, including the best French fries, and an open no-host bar. The staff and members are wonderful, accommodating, and fun, organizing activities like corn hole, shuffleboard tournaments, Bunko, and cribbage games. It's a great base to explore the area from, and a place where guests hope to return.
