It's a small place that gets busy with the few people it holds (like 8 tables). Having said that I always call in and order to go that way I'm not sitting there waiting. I always order tosti-ceviche and the agua chiles because they're made just perfect. Also the chavellas are the best in town I'd say the best I've ever had.

THIS IS NOT AN ICE CREAM PARLOR!! Its a MEXICAN FOOD restaurant!! It has beer & margaritas!! VERY MISLEADING!!! SHOULD NOT BE CLASSIFIED AS AN ICE CREAM PARLOR!!!!!!!! We yelped this place (not from here...were on vacation) to find ice cream...I didn't look at the menu...I mean it says FROSTIES ICE CREAM...it doesn't say FROSTIES MEXICAN FOOD, BEER, MARGARITAS & ICE CREAM...we got off of I-10 to get ICE CREAM...when we got to the business it has all sorts of pics of Mexican food and margaritas on the windows....WTF!!! Then we looked at the menu online...all Mexican food...this place should be tagged for false advertisement!!!! HEY OWNERS YOU'RE NOT AN ICE CREAM PLACE YOU'RE A MEXICAN RESTAURANT!!!!! Such a waste of our time getting off the freeway and a total waste of gas!!!! Also it was 11:30 and not open!! On yelp and sign on door they state they are open at 11am!!!

Food: the food taste pretty good for a hole in the wall, Mexican, seafood spot. It's good, but it's definitely not the best.The customer service is good, and I can tell they try, but there's definitely some tweaking that could be established. I've been to the spot twice, and the first time, but I think the cashier was too overzealous, and trying to help me build my order, he was giving out too many options and ways to tailor my order, that it was a bit difficult to understand exactly what I was ordering. I understand that he was only trying to help me build a better order, but within the process kind of made me mess up my order lolThe second time I was here, I knew I needed to know exactly what I wanted to order, because I didn't want to mess up my order again. The experience was good, but on the way back home I realize that they gave me chips instead of the crackers, I asked for. No big deal, so I went back in to ask for my right product, they apologize, but I asked for the chips back, and don't get me wrong a bag of chips or some thing I will not ever complain about, but I had given a seven dollar tip to a $50 order, which is not a life-changing tip, but if you're gonna ask for a tip before providing the service, at least try to go above and beyond. Again, not knocking their customer service, as it's good, but they may need help identifying best approaches and opportunities to create that customer friendly environment.

Love coming to Frosties to satisfy my cravings. Service is great and orders are made in less than 5 minutes which I find awesome. My most favorites are the Tostilocos and Raspados! This will be my go-to place for now on!!! I highly recommend coming here, you won't regret it!! :)

Wanted an icy Mexican treat on a hot day, so there I was!I ordered a strawberry margarita and a mangoneada. The margarita was much better than expected! It was topped with strawberry and Mexican candy and the rim was so delicious! Very refreshing and the alcohol was well balanced! I left feeling gooood, but not loco!The mangoneada was delicious as well. I would have liked some more mango chunks tho. It was sweet and salty, but most importantly, drinkable! Usually, mangoneadas are so sweet and heavy that you take a few sips and you're done with it. Not here! Sipping the mango in between the margarita was giving my brain the pleasure it deserved.

LOVE THIS PLACE. Didn't know I loved ceviche until I tried theirs! It's an authentic restaurant and a bit welcoming so I can see it grow one day into a bigger place, deserves recognition (:
