Just stopped by this place and everything looked so good! Unfortunately that wasn't the case. Ordered a Chavela that was really good but the Tostilocos were so bad. The cueritos were so so hard and the cucumber they put in it was pure seeds. Just tasteless overall.Also ordered a raspado and it was really disappointing. Won't be coming back.

It's a small place that gets busy with the few people it holds (like 8 tables). Having said that I always call in and order to go that way I'm not sitting there waiting. I always order tosti-ceviche and the agua chiles because they're made just perfect. Also the chavellas are the best in town I'd say the best I've ever had.

THIS IS NOT AN ICE CREAM PARLOR!! Its a MEXICAN FOOD restaurant!! It has beer & margaritas!! VERY MISLEADING!!! SHOULD NOT BE CLASSIFIED AS AN ICE CREAM PARLOR!!!!!!!! We yelped this place (not from here...were on vacation) to find ice cream...I didn't look at the menu...I mean it says FROSTIES ICE CREAM...it doesn't say FROSTIES MEXICAN FOOD, BEER, MARGARITAS & ICE CREAM...we got off of I-10 to get ICE CREAM...when we got to the business it has all sorts of pics of Mexican food and margaritas on the windows....WTF!!! Then we looked at the menu online...all Mexican food...this place should be tagged for false advertisement!!!! HEY OWNERS YOU'RE NOT AN ICE CREAM PLACE YOU'RE A MEXICAN RESTAURANT!!!!! Such a waste of our time getting off the freeway and a total waste of gas!!!! Also it was 11:30 and not open!! On yelp and sign on door they state they are open at 11am!!!

It's good, but it's definitely not the best.The customer service is good, and I can tell they try, but there's definitely some tweaking that could be established. I've been to the spot twice, and the first time, but I think the cashier was too overzealous, and trying to help me build my order, he was giving out too many options and ways to tailor my order, that it was a bit difficult to understand exactly what I was ordering. I understand that he was only trying to help me build a better order, but within the process kind of made me mess up my order lolThe second time I was here, I knew I needed to know exactly what I wanted to order, because I didn't want to mess up my order again. The experience was good, but on the way back home I realize that they gave me chips instead of the crackers, I asked for. No big deal, so I went back in to ask for my right product, they apologize, but I asked for the chips back, and don't get me wrong a bag of chips or some thing I will not ever complain about, but I had given a seven dollar tip to a $50 order, which is not a life-changing tip, but if you're gonna ask for a tip before providing the service, at least try to go above and beyond. Again, not knocking their customer service, as it's good, but they may need help identifying best approaches and opportunities to create that customer friendly environment.

Love coming to Frosties to satisfy my cravings. Service is great and orders are made in less than 5 minutes which I find awesome. My most favorites are the Tostilocos and Raspados! This will be my go-to place for now on!!! I highly recommend coming here, you won't regret it!! :)

I ordered a smoothie, nacho and cheese and churros. Everything was ok other than the nachos the cheese was SOOOOO runny.And I didn't say anything cause I'm the type of person where if you decide to give me that in the first place. Why would I think you had something different? So my question is, if you did have better thicker cheese like nachos supposed to be made with, why I didn't get that cheese?

Best Chavelas in Indio! I have tried the chavelas from many places around town and I can honestly say Frosties is the best tasting. Served in nice frosty glasses with a appetizer cocktail shrimp for garnish. I will definitely be going back to try some of the food offerings, unfortunately when we arrived they had just closed so we could not order much. I will say even though it was closed Noe let us stay and enjoy our chavela while he finished cleaning up which we thought was very nice. Noe was very accomodating to his customers. I did get a fruit salad for my daughter and she really enjoyed being able to add her own condiments and sauces as she wanted.
