I'd like to give a shout to one waiter who was working in the entire IHOP. Taking orders, running receipts, answering calls, seating customers. IHOP if you're reading this please know you're over working your staff and making it incredibly difficult for customers to have good overall experience. I hope the person is getting double or triple paid for wearing all the hats except for actually making food.

Much Smaller portions that aren't even good. My family all got their food while I sat for nearly 10 minutes without food, sitting while my family ate without me. Our waiter was sitting in the kitchen talking rather than working on getting my order so I could eat with my family Cleaning parts of the restaurant that don't need to be cleaned during hours shows how poorly they clean at the end of the night. For an international house of pancakes, this one is pathetic

No one manning the front. Stood around for sometime before we saw any workers. The food, specifically, the crepes was not good. Maybe the worst I've ever had. But the waitress was friendly and it was quick.

A few people left before being called up due to the 15min wait. The food was okay, consistent, but no love in it. I would rate the experience a 3.5 out 5 due to wait, staffing, and food presentation. Not bad, but there is room for improvement 😁
