Long line for the late night Christmas crowd searching for something to eat. But, the staff there made it happen with correct food order and in a timely manner due to the long drive-through line.
I made a mobile order 2 for 3 breakfast jack I ordered 2 2 for 3 so I should have had 4 sandwiches every time don't matter in morning afternoon midnight it was 11:15 pm when I placed the order please retraining is very much needed so I need to file a complaint against this restaurant because when total is $6 they should know that = 4 sandwiches I just need information on how to file a complaint ... thank you for your help in advance

This Jack never disappoints, I’ll make the drive from La Quinta to the “Good Jack” like we call it. I also want to highlight the girl that works the drive thru late night.i don’t remember her name but She is always so nice, always has a smile, always has a great attitude. I come here because of her and her great customer service. She needs a raise!

went to buy a combo and the person I kindly told him if he could give me a glass with hot water and he told me that they didn't have hot water and when he gave me my order he forgot to give me the soda and after two minutes at the window he told me that I was waiting I told him that my drink and it took another two more minutes really they should train their staff better since the person never was kind he was a man who is attending the drive thru 5 pm
I’m a big Jack in the box fan and I’ve eaten at hundreds over my lifetime. This is without a doubt, the slowest one in America. Especially if you come here after 9-10 pm. I’ve been here 3 times during those hours in a 2 week span and waited 45+ minutes each time. They’re slow during the day as well but a bit faster than they are at night. Their hours say their drive thru closes at 4am but if you get there after 12:30ish am they will have the lights off and block the drive thru with vines.
