I live right on the other side of the freeway and I have tried to give these guys a chance, but they’re just terrible all around. Employees are frequently rude, if they’re actually open. Sometimes they’re just closed- no notice- just employees visibly standing inside refusing to take orders even though drive thru is supposed to be 24hrs. (I understand if they’re on break but if I go back an hour later and they’re still closed at only 11pm?) Yeah, no. And the food is usually either burnt or tastes obviously old. Like tonight- all of our fries were basically rock hard- even ranch couldn’t save them. And the bun to my chicken sandwich was literally burnt black lol. The chicken and soda were the only fresh things in our order. I love jack in the box but this location sucks lol. Highway 111 in Indio it is from now on!

so i don’t really come here bc it’s not my first choice but i had just came out of work im tired just want a quick bite and go home so anyway i decide to give them a chance tonight and as i got my order drove home started to eat i decided to look in the bag to see how much i had left so i see that there’s a hair and asked my husband if it was his confirmed it wasn’t his and it’s obviously not mine this is so disgusting i lost my appetite. you guys needa be more clean and sanitary and wear hairnets and or hair up in a ponytail bc that’s just disgusting now i see why i never come here and why it has such bad reviews. (both me and my husband have LONG hair)

The slowest drive through in the valley and they’re almost always empty. I wouldn’t recommend unless you like wasting time.

Everytime I come to this location, whether it be by drive thru or eating inside, my food is wrong or the employees seem annoyed. The inside is always dirty. I've never been inside this location and seen it clean. There is always trash or crumbs on the tables which is confusing to me because it doesn't seem to get busy inside. There's been many times where the person taking my order will rush me or have a slight attitude. Once I tried ordering my chicken sandwhich with bacon mayo sauce, the girl walked to the back (Im assuming to let the cook know), the cook came out to look at me, they both walked to the back again, and then the cashier came to the front to tell me they dont have bacon mayo sauce. That was so stupid to me, you have a burger called the Bacon & Swiss Butteryjack WHICH LITERALLY HAS BACON MAYO SAUCE! I've worked at a Jack before, never have I ever treated customers like theyre a nauance. Save yourself the headache and dont eat here.
