The food here is amazing. If you enjoy a good smoky Southwestern BBQ flavor, this is the place to get it... lots of seating inside and out so you can pretty much pick your atmosphere. And the service is great and attentive... my drink never got more than 1/2 empty. Prices are even good... we'll worth the visit

We had dinner with friends on the back patio which was spacious and amazing. Our meals (especially the short ribs) were great and so was the service. Highly recommend

Came for happy hour in the bar area. Beautiful building and outdoor patio area and the food and drinks were both good. Our server was friendly but a little slow, the only reason for a lost star is that we found the host staff to be generally unfriendly and not welcoming. Felt like we were inconveniencing them.

Tough job reviewing. Let’s assume they had an off night. The setting is amazing, enchanting really as you pull in. Staff was indifferent and non attentive. Food was good but seemed underwhelming. This is a competitive restaurant market in this price point and we wished we would have gone somewhere else for the $230 we spent.

Waiter was amazing….food came out in stages, some was served and other 2 plates came 30 min after. John the manager was horrible and refused to compensate and was rude and disrespectful. He was fighting with me with zero kindness and no regard for customer satisfaction. His goal was just to be right and not compensate any of the meals, even though they were more than 30 minutes apart. Regardless of how long one entree takes compared to the others, they should all be served at the same time! This is my first bad review of any restaurant and this place is clearly more worried about being right than any customer satisfaction. Absolutely horrible experience except for the waiter who tied to deal with the situation the best he could! We will definitely be telling people to not frequent this restaurant

We dine at Jackalope Ranch frequently and have always found it to be very good overall. My wife loves the Jicama Avocada salad which can be ordered with your choice of protein or without. I love the half rack of Ribs on the Wrangler special that comes with some very good sides including the Ranch Beans that have small pieces of meat in the mix. Service is always excellent. We generally sit inside in a booth as it can be a little cool on the outside patio even though it is beautiful outside. Sitting inside it can be a quite noisy because of the bar. Making a reservation online with Open Table is very easy to get a good table at a desired time.
