I ordered the Jackalope Ranch burger with the bronco fries. The fries were delicious and the burger also tasted very good and the food arrived quickly. Very good service and we ordered the soup of the day and it was delicious. I will return without a doubt.

Went with a group of friends to eat on Sunday. The music was very nice, but that’s the only thing I liked about the restaurant. The food was very bland and poorly prepared. I ordered a mixed drink which was really watered down and expensive. Our server had a bad attitude about serving us and providing us with fill ups on the tea or water ordered, he didn’t even bother. He also never bothered to ask how our food was. He disappeared into the restaurant and didn’t return for a very long time. He also provided very negative attitude when asked to split the check and said that was their policy. He finally did split the check when someone else in the party asked him. He should look for another job where he doesn’t have to serve others.

I had the New York steak, baked potato and broccoli and carrots which was excellent! However, the broccoli and carrots were just barely blanched and warm and therefore pretty much raw.

Food wasLess than mediocre atmosphere was amazing… had the pulled pork and they served it with friggin cold BBQ sauce out of a bottle poured all over the top of very dry pork it was YUCK, on the plus side the atmosphere was amazing
I went for the food and atmosphere, but now I'm deaf in one ear.I sat on the patio and had the pleasure of live entertainment, and she was good, but also had an amp that clearly went to "11". It was turned ALL THE WAY UPHey Jackalope: When you see people cupping their ears, yelling into neighbors ears, or just passing notes and using sign language, IT'S TOO LOUD.I couldn't hear any conversation and if I wanted to attend a concert I'd go to Coachella. Why didn't anyone stay for dessert, you wonder? They were rushing to leave. Weird, huh?It would have been great down at "4" as background music, but I haven't experienced that kind of volume since the flight deck of the carrier.Food was fine, drinks were excellent.Sit right next to the kitchen and it will be much quieter, I promise!

This restaurant is very upscale. Big and high ceiling inside area. It has a beautiful outdoor seating area with live music. It’s a ranch so it offers steaks, BBQ, etc. I ordered a nice prime steak. Food portion is plenty big. I also order a lobster rolls. They were sweet and fresh. We were pleasantly surprised how nice this place is and truly enjoy our dinner. We waited 30-40 minutes to be seated on Friday night Spring Break week. Plates ranges from $25-$65 depends on what you ordered.

I gave a raving review for Jackalope about 2 months ago. Now I had a bad experience, and gave feedback to the restaurant and have not received a response in several weeks. We should have checked the bill closer when we were there, that's on us. We were charged for 2 things that we didn't receive. We didn't get the salad that should have come with one menu item. The meals were small portions and not hot. No one came back to ask how they were. I had to order a drink twice before it came. Just very disappointing overall and even more that they didn't acknowledge or reply to feedback sent.
