My husband and I were there yesterday (12/3/25) and had lunch. The food was horrible, chicken and fries looked like rubber and just didn't want to eat the food. My husband later that night felt so bad, upset stomach and had to throw up twice. Never go back to this place!

First of all was greeted right when I walked in by a employee named Anthony amazing this man deserves a raise dining room was nice and clean I did an online order and food was ready super fast including the staff in the back everything was on point well done guys.

The customer service here is horrible!! I come here on Tuesday and they close the lobby early! I'm a truck driver and I can't go thru the drive thru! The employee that's in charge is totally disrespectful! I'm never coming to this KFC again!

Kfc is an ok restaurant. However my experience was elevated because one devoted employee, Anthony. Anthony made my experience from being a mere 5/10 to a banger 12/10. Anthony went out of his way to inform me about all the various deals i can gets. Him alone is the reason why i would give this place another visit. Give this man a raise asap!

Martin was very attentive and quick. We came during rush hour and received our food quickly. He handle staff and ran the front with ease. He alone made our experience worth every penny. Give Martin a raise!

I think it's manager protocol to train the employees to never give ranch with the chicken tenders. They do it religiously at the Cathedral City location (they religiously never give dip sauce when ordered) and at this Indio location the same thing.

Sign says on the front of the door that they open at 10:00 a.m. it's 10:24 and they're still not open employees inside refuse to come to the door and say why they're not open
