How come every time I come here it’s lonely and there’s no chicken made? 30 minute wait for some chicken is insane!!! Only because I don’t want to go through the refund process I’ll wait. I’m a local and I never come here for the same reasons. Food sucks! Get it together Jackson St. It’s the newest KFC in town!

Worst service ever first the total came out about 40 something they didn’t have change for $100 I asked for an eight piece original and they didn’t have the right amount of drumsticks to give me crispy and then they had me park before I got to the window for about four minutes once I got to the window so I didn’t take the order, but they said they could hold my money and I can go back my change later that the second time I go to this kfc and never well I go back the first time I went here I order chicken tenders and they tasted old ?

Terrible service, yesterday at 9:20pm I went to the branch to order 2 dozen chicken, they denied me service, when they close at 10pm. I called another branch and they told me that they must sell what they are asked for until 10pm Today I called to complain and of course they protected themselves by saying that they did want to sell when that was not the case. This is not the first time they have given bad service.

Horrible service the person on the Drive Thru yelled at me because I couldn’t hear only because the speaker wasn’t not fully working like that’s my problem horrible attitude just decided to drive off!!!!

Most KFC are good this one was terrible. I won't go back there. Chicken was burnt service was not very good. Best part of my meal was the mashed potatoes.

Horrible service I was missing my 2piec and biscuits missing napkins and utensils. I went inside they told me they'd help me in a minute I waited ten and stepped outside to smoke and let my puppy out because I'm traveling more inward Cali.Tried to go back inside and it was locked with 2 other customers there. I went through the drive thru and they still did not give me napkins. I was with my wife and our two kids. I'm thinking they did this because Im black and menacing horrible service.
I placed an order online, and the lobby was closed when I went to get my order.
