First time I was waiting like for 40 minutes and they were only working on the window sale drivetru and me and other guy were indide for long time I ask them nice about my food tell me to wait after long wait ask them for my money and they give me my food right away .. this second time my son order online and after 30 minutes I stop to pick up the order and still tell me I have to wait am still here at the store waiting for my order very bad service

Didn't get my Mac n cheese, didn't get the chicken thigh sides we ordered. Instead got a dried piece of a breast that was cold and looked like it's been sitting there all day. Fries were cold. 30 bucks and it was a waste. Won't return.

Stopped by this KFC when driving back from Arizona to LA. This is the nicest and cleanest KFC I have been to. The staff are super friendly. Also .. the food tastes good!?!? Really appreciate the food and service

I like their chicken pot pie, which they are often out of. Even if you order it online and pay for it. They then credit you back when they don't have it
I go through the drive-thru then forget to put my lemon cake in there and I asked for original and they gave me extra crispy during the last I got to my house
