Ordered a large mangonada and literally just got a cup full of mango pieces. Had like one scoop of actual mango ice cream if that. I paid 12 dollars to get ripped off ! Never going to this place again. Don’t go there unless you want to get ripped off.

I have come to this place previously, the ice cream it self is very good however it is overpriced. Today I went in and asked for the churro split, the staff who helped me [ women with very long hair, in a braid] looked at me and confused and didn’t know what I was talking about until I pointed at the picture of the item. She seemed extremely lost. When making my split, she put the ice cream before the churro was ready which resulted in my ice cream being relatively melted, and to top it off the churro didn’t have any sugar on it. lol.

Had the worst customer service! I ordered a volcano and the lady who was there told me that the nacho cheese was going to take 5 minutes to be ready in which I was ok with. After 20 minutes I see the other girl giving nacho cheese on someone's order but I still hadn't gotten my volcano ( mind you I was the very first to order than anyone else) when I finally recieved my order I made another order of strawberries and cream. A little longer I leave with my order I paid $25 for a volcano and a small strawberries and cream. I get home and as I was taking the first bites out of the volcano I see there is NO nacho cheese. I called and it took me 5 tries if not more until someone answered the phone. I told them my situation and their reply was we can give you the nacho cheese if you come back. I was already home and 20 minutes away so I didn't want to return for nacho cheese that I waited more than 20 minutes! The lady told me the only other option was she'd give me a 15 percent discount on another item if I would to return and order another day but she couldnt give me a refund. The volcano itself is $15! So she told me if you come back I can make you a new one so I decided to go back. When I arrived and took them the volcano back they told me they didn't have no more corn that they would refund me the money! They made me drive 20 minutes for something they knew they were running out?! This was no more than half an hour apart so it's not like I took 5 hours to go. I ordered at 5:30 pm and left the place at 6 got home and went back a little before 7 it's ridiculous. The only thing the girl said was well I'm closest to the manager so that's all you get. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PLACE TO GO AND NOT CHEAP!
