Unfortunately, at the time of our visit, they looked have been training, there was a young girl behind the counter, eating ice cream. She would hold onto the spoon with her bare hands and just keep it in her mouth. During the point of sale and amongst conversation across customers and them as well as our interaction, she continued to keep the spoon in her mouth or continued to eat. She went to prep food and mind you, she did not wash her hands or put on any gloves and continue to do so for the entirety of our visit with management and others around. Management did a poor job at catching this that was obviously going on for a while, they have not properly taught food safety. We did complain to the manager on duty right away. We enjoy coming here, this experience just happened to be been negative is what we shared. Quite literally disgusting and as we’re making that complaint that employee was still prepping the food with that spoon in her mother / holding on to it with her bare hands constantly as she was from the start. All it took was her turning around to see it still happening.

I come here more for the ice cream than the casino, and honestly, the ice cream is the best! It’s not overly sweet, super smooth, melts perfectly in your mouth, and feels so clean that you don’t even get thirsty afterward. The portions are generous for the price, which is a huge plus. Today I also tried the nachos — not too salty, just perfect. Even if you’re not here for the casino, it’s worth stopping by just for the ice cream!

I came to this place August 25 around 8:30pm for ice cream. The service was terrible, we were waiting there was only 1 customer there and we were deciding what ice cream to get in front of the ice cream. The employee named Samantha then told us she would be with us in a moment. A line then started forming And after she was done with the first customer she then told us there was a line and to go to the back while knowing we were there first and she had a negative look towards us the whole time. When we ordered the ice cream she then got the order wrong and was even rude about that too she even threw the ice cream aggressively and was rude the entire time. I suggest whoever is in charge to look at the footage and take action towards such behavior.

Nice workers, old timey vibe, but inedible food. We grabbed tacos and carne asada fries before a concert and they were so dry they were difficult to eat. The ice cream is probably good but I do not recommend the food. Friendly staff.

The ice cream is really good, but they skimp on the toppings. I ordered a hot fudge sundae and I got all the ice cream, whipped cream, peanuts, but there was hardly any hot fudge. My husband ordered the Lique-its Split and the same issue with the hot fudge, pineapple & strawberry. Very disappointing.

INDIO’s BEST MALTS! Lique is a hidden gem nestled inside Fantasy Springs Resort & Casino. It’s known for its ice cream, frozen yogurt, shakes, floats, malts, sundaes and amazing American fare. I’ve tried different items each time and all of them have been phenomenal. The ice cream is amazing, the shakes are nice and thick, and my recent malt was one the THEE best I’ve ever had. Malts can be made with ANY ice cream flavor that is available. I had mine made with cookies and cream, a major recommendation from me!
The malts were $8 bucks each, it’s a bit pricey but they use some of the best ingredients that I didn’t even care! I’ve tried the food and it’s also mouthwatering. There were good-sized hotdogs, pizzas and burgers available. The place is always packed and with good reason. The staff are super friendly and professional. The ladies working the front registers were cashiers AND order trackers. I appreciated that they were nice and loud when my order was ready! It’s louder in here so it’s very helpful. My order came out fast.
I spotted plenty of seating areas, however since it’s always packed it’s hard to find a seat for a group, let alone one person. You can always take your food outside as there’s an entrance to the Rockyard amphitheater nearby that has many more tables.

Man the worse hotdogs ever, paid 9$ just for the hotdog by itself, even Sam's club hotdogs taste way better than at Lique.. the burger is whatever, if I knew it was this bad I would of drive 3miles n get real
I ate a combo and it was good for when you don't want to eat a lot or you want something quick. They also have some delicious ? snow cones with a lot of variety of flavors. The place is very clean and they serve you quickly. The place is nice.
