I come here more for the ice cream than the casino, and honestly, the ice cream is the best! It’s not overly sweet, super smooth, melts perfectly in your mouth, and feels so clean that you don’t even get thirsty afterward. The portions are generous for the price, which is a huge plus. Today I also tried the nachos — not too salty, just perfect. Even if you’re not here for the casino, it’s worth stopping by just for the ice cream!
The ice cream is really good, but they skimp on the toppings. I ordered a hot fudge sundae and I got all the ice cream, whipped cream, peanuts, but there was hardly any hot fudge. My husband ordered the Lique-its Split and the same issue with the hot fudge, pineapple & strawberry. Very disappointing.

INDIO’s BEST MALTS! Lique is a hidden gem nestled inside Fantasy Springs Resort & Casino. It’s known for its ice cream, frozen yogurt, shakes, floats, malts, sundaes and amazing American fare. I’ve tried different items each time and all of them have been phenomenal. The ice cream is amazing, the shakes are nice and thick, and my recent malt was one the THEE best I’ve ever had. Malts can be made with ANY ice cream flavor that is available. I had mine made with cookies...
