They don't seem to pay attention when picking up. First, the code they gave me didn't work and the staff member had to get my pizza for me. When she handed it to me she didn't pay attention to the fact that I also ordered other items. I had to go over the receipt with her which should have been unnecessary. The food was amazing, they've really stepped up their game as far as taste, but their service is lacking that extra personal touch that would make this establishment great.

I was skeptical about how this area was since sometimes the wait is long. While even the system was down, I knew about that because I called in and they informed me it will be running soon and so I did!

I tried ordering the pretzel pizza while the system was down and while I ordered it again, I accidently got the classic pizza.

Genesis really was kind and so informative on the phone and surprised me saying that she made the pretzel pizza as well since she saw i was trying to order it!

Excellent service and now I want to leave a review only because if what she has done. Genesis and staff on Wednesday night, thank you so much!! This place deserves its 5 stars

I’m writing because I had a really bad experience today in this location. I ordered 6 pizzas through your app this morning and scheduled them to be ready for 4:30 PM. The order was paid ahead of time. But when I showed up to pick them up, the store was closed. There was a woman inside, but she wouldn’t even open the door to talk to me. She had a really bad attitude from the beginning and made no effort to help. I didn’t get my pizzas, no refund, and no cancellation receipt. I ended up paying for nothing. This is very frustrating and unprofessional. I’d really appreciate it if you could look into this and refund my money as soon as possible.

I have never seen a location so busy as this one. They had an army of people making pizzas and getting them out fast. The staff is hardworking and friendly. Yes we want out pizzas fast but we also want to be patient with the staff specially when is 100° outside.

I ordered a Detroit supreme pizza, Got a cheese pizza basically whatever they wanted to make because they don’t want to work, Call the store talk to a gentleman was ready to argue. Had to explain to him that I received everything but what I ordered on the pizza just got a cheese pizza had to explain Little Caesar employee to chill because he swear that he made the order correct and so I explained to him that I was willing to bring him back the pizza to show him and What he gave to me with the money that I paid, Try to explain my situation with Uber and they went completely alive thinking that I never When I explained to them that I did receive my order, but our wrong order do not order on apps go in person or on Uber, I’ll be talking to corporate It seems like management Has been compromised for at least four years and going , Every time I have to get either a refund or deal with it with this place and I’m done with eating at Little Caesars
