I previously stated how bad the customer service was: I had ordered takeout, and when I was the cashier, an overweight Hispanic lady took a personal phone call; she was laughing and talking casually for a minute while I am waiting to pick up my order and quickly go. Nowadays, I don't see that lady anymore, so I assume that she is gone. Anyways, food quality is still the same: good (not super great, but I am still satisfied enough to come back often). I love their online ordering; it makes it super easy and convenient to see what options are available. I also call by phone to put in my order; restaurant always picks up my phone call, and the worker on the line is always super nice. I recommend the garlic bread (usually comes free with pasta entree); bread is always cooked perfectly. I typically order their chicken (CHICKEN PARMIGIANO, CHICKEN PICATTA, CHICKEN LEMON, or CHICKEN MILANESE); note that their chicken is the same in all of these, it is just seasoned or cooked in different oil; they all tasted nearly the same for me. I usually come around 8pm, and it is usually empty (like 10% of tables seated with people) - they typically close at 9pm. I wonder how their parking lot can handle a fully busy restaurant because there are like 50 tables inside, but only 20 parking spaces for employees+customers. For the cost of the food, I think I am getting my money's worth; although, if you can decently cook pasta, I wouldn't get too excited about going to this place.

Stopped on our way thru town and had a very pleasant lunch with my mom. The food was delicious and the portion sizes generous! That $5 glass of wine was FULL to the brim! The restaurant was clean and the service great. I will be happy to come back if we're in town again one day.

Dined here about a year ago and it was so good we ate there twice on our last trip but this time not so great for some reason. The same great glass of Chianti but have had better meatballs and better Marinara Sauce . It just didn’t taste that good . Better luck next time

Third time we have dined at Mario's and it was always pretty good but this time not so much. The house Chianti is still awesome but the meatballs and Marinara did not cut it. Not sure if we will be back after this negative experience

Ordered online take out through the Mario's website tonight. Order was done promptly. I checked on my bags and seen they forgot 1 individual house salad. I walked in and the hostess said we only charged me for one but gave me another one complimentary. The chicken alfredo was not good AT ALL. Sauce had absolutely no flavor and was gritty and broken. Chicken was paper thin and lacked seasoning it and grilled flavor at all. Tasted BOILED. So disappointed because I planned on sharing that entree with my significant order but was put off after the first bite. The sour dough cheese bread was soggy and had way too much seasoning. For 2 whole loaf just a measly side of marinara. Not enough in my opinion. Kids pizza was almost raw. Undercooked and the toppings fell right off. And to top it off, absolutely no utensils, napkins, or cheese and peppers on the side. Individual salads were the only thing good. Will never return to the location.

We were just passing through and wanted pizza, google and Mario's popped so we ordered Togo, to me the most important is the dough and sauce and cheese you can have premium topping and bland sauce and you have bad pizza, We ordered the Mario's special it was primo the crust was done perfect the sauce delicious the cheese just right. And just the right amount of topping ,the service was as expected, it does take a little time to make pizza, maybe waited 20min, my favorite topping is anchovies but not with my wife, definitely will be back

I just picked up an online order, and everything tasted amazing. My only issue is that I ordered penne pasta but what I got was fettuccine...other than that everything was perfect!
I ordered online then when I get here they tell me they don’t have Alfredo sauce first of all why didn’t you call me to tell me second took me 20 minutes to get a refund and I still haven’t gotten the refund then lady didn’t offer anything just said I had to refund
Ordered pizza and pasta for delivery, pasta was fine nothing special, my issue was the pizza. Pretty much inedible, so soggy Im pretty sure the dough wasn't cooked. Had a couple of bites in center, mid, and edge. Couldn't finish one piece, was disgusted. Waste of money.

All things are not created equal even though this place is called the same, The decorum looks the same. The advertisements for specials are the same. - they aren't the same. Happy hour at this location is pathetic - had I known that it was different I would have driven a few miles out of my way to enjoy it. Happy hour 3 pm - here I couple of drinks & ONLY a mini pizza ! The waitress couldn't have been more disinterested in my questions. Sad- inside is adorable but I will not be coming back to THIS location.
