Kudos to Christina, thank you for taking our drive through order. Very friendly person and knows her stuff. To the other coworker on window 2 take out.......if I order online through the app a Kids Meal with my rewards, pay through the app and order additionally a few meals with beverages, just leave your comments to yourself. I'm aware how to order, had my first Hamburger when I was 3 years young and traveled through out my life to many countries where they had McDonald's with employees who had different mentalities and were still able to accommodate me and my family in a friendly way. If you would like me to give you an input how to type in your register additional 2 meals, I'm sure you'd be surprised how I would manage it. Definitely not with a comment or advice......that I need to come through the drive thru twice to pick up my additional order! Yes, - Bingo......if you need more training please advise your manager, - or let me know, what you could have done to make a customer happy.

Our order was messed up twice during the same visit. We used the drive-thru. Good thing that we checked before driving off.
The first time, the employee already appeared frustrated. 2 meals were incorrect, and none of the requested sauce was in the bag(we had 5 orders of the 20-piece Chicken McNuggets). The second time, one of the 2 meals that was incorrect the first time was incorrect, yet again. The requested sauces were also missing. The employee was even more frustrated. With us or the kitchen staff, we do not know. When the second incorrect meal was brought back out, it was incorrect, yet again. The sauces were still missing. I decided to go in and collect the sauces myself. The lady that helped me gave me 2 sauces. When I asked for enough for all of the McNuggets we had, she gave attitude. I had to go back and forth with her about the size of our Order, until she finally gave enough for the McNuggets that we had.
We have decided that we will no longer come to this McDonald's. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area that will appreciate the business of our large family.
Check your order before you leave to ensure that you get what you paid for!

Just like the McDonald’s in Coachella, this one advertises 24 hour business hours and this is the fourth time this week I pay a visit after work only to find the drive thru cordoned off, I cannot help but wonder if they are franchised by the same person; these hours must be fixed and stop lying to your customers
