Came in through the drive thru me and my friend had mobile orders. Was told they can only do 1 mobile order at a time and would have to drive around again to pick up the 2nd one. That is the dumbest policy I've ever heard from any fast food place. It cant be that difficult to prepare 2 pre purchased prders.

We ordered a Bacon, Egg, Cheese McGriddle and was told that we wanted the Sausage McGriddle. We let the cashier know we wanted the bacon McGriddle. We were charged for and received the sausage McGriddle. 😵💫😂

Worst drive through experience ever, due to a canceled order after waiting 20 mins. I placed a mobile order at 3:48 AM and drove right up behind 2 cars waiting at window. I was told at the window and just barely received notification at same time of 4:08 AM that the order had been canceled. It just does not make any sense that their system would accept an order if it was just going to be canceled almost 10 mins after 4:00 AM. I feel that the person in charge at the time purposely and manually canceled it. Its just ridiculous that they would provide a substandard service like that.
