Place gets worse with time. I real shame, 36 min at the drive thru just for 2 burgers and large fries.

Decently clean WITH a play area!
My son asked to trade his toy he paid for and they said NO then I asked to pay at the cashier and they took more than 15m.

I walked into this McDonald’s about 15 minutes after their posted closing time. The doors were still unlocked and the kiosks were fully operational, so I assumed they were still serving—especially for takeout. I went ahead and placed my order, and just as I was about to pay, a manager came out and abruptly told me they were closed.
When I asked politely if they were still doing takeout, they just said “No, we’re closed” and told me to leave—with no apology, no courtesy, and certainly no customer service. If you’re closed, lock the doors and shut down the kiosks. Simple.
The lack of professionalism and basic hospitality really stood out. I ended up going down the street to In-N-Out instead, where I was welcomed with a smile and served without issue. They got my business that night—and probably will from now on.
Do better, McDonald’s.

The food was actually the best tasting I’ve ever had from a McDonalds, only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because it was before10:00pm and you had no options to buy any ice cream or shakes.

I placed an order via mobile app but also made an additional order through the drive thru. Staff gave me drive thru order right away but I was told that mobile order was not ready and i had to go inside to pick it up. When I asked how long the wait would since I placed the mobile order before arriving, the girl at the window said I dont know. So again I asked how long and mentioned that they already handed me my drive thru order so she said 10 minutes. Which I had ordered two breakfast sandwiches, one of them being the same as the one on the drive thru order. Once my husband was inside the staff was laughing at the fact that they told me my wait time was 10 minutes and did not acknowledge him when he entered inside. After a few minutes I went back through the drive thru and was given my food right away. Mind you, nothing was said to cause the staff to be hostile towards us. Staff was disrespectful and making rude remarks about other customers in the lounge. The window staff that started it was name Vida. When i spoke to the manager she was apologetic whereas the other manager on shift told her to hurry up with the conversation. This is not a professional way to handle a business. They apparently don’t like people from out of town so I highly recommend if you are not a local you should visit the other McDonalds in town.

Some team members have shown poor attitude, lack of urgency, and inconsistent performance. This affects service quality and teamwork. Immediate improvement is needed.
We drove thru. The person who took our order didn't speak English. Very hard to communicate

First of all they didn't have the minecraft meal. Next none of them were ever there to assist and when they did arrive it was like 10 minutes later. We asked if we can just pay for the toy and the guy said I dont know and left. Very disappointed. I love mcdonald's and my points show it all... my children got hurt and by children I mean my stomach because I barely truly and deeply about them. We were not satisfied with service. I couldnt tell if one of the cashiers was giving me a smug look or feeling gluttonous looking at my food.
