The worst experience ive had at a mcdonalds this location should be ashamed of themselves!! Poor quality service from TOP to BOTTOM i do not recommend ordering here!

I rarely eat fast food, but this time was actually decent. It was approximately $12 per person for a meal with soda. The burgers seemed better then I remember. I didn't even regret it later I usually do. Lol. Maybe it's best eaten as a rarity. 😉

i hardly ever write reviews. this might be my first one but my goodness this has to be one of the worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to. the management is horrific. the food takes forever, the quality of the food is awful, and there’s no one to even talk to so i can get some type of customer service. they constantly forget things in my order, the service is slow, the food is subpar. i don’t have anything negative to say about the workers this is all strictly on management. learn how to run your store better. i cant believe this mcdonald’s has. 3.3 stars. i want to know what you guys are experiencing to get anything above ONE star because any and every time i order from here there’s some type of issue. totally ridiculous. and it is constant. don’t go here go to another one.

This McDonald's is located on the corner of Jefferson and 42nd Ave. I drove in from Palm Desert coming down 42nd....worst...designed....entrance....ever. I know what to do after navigating a no U-Turn haunted house. Good luck. Also the fries sucked.

This McDonalds has been open for probably a year, but when I went there today the drive thru was closed so arrows could be painted on the asphalt. Going inside for the first time I was taken aback by how sterile and bleak this supposedly modern looking dining room was; it really gave me the ick. My order came quickly and the Chicken McNuggets were really fresh and delicious. The fries lacked salt and were bland like the dining room. Worst of all it is nearly impossible to access this McDonalds if you are driving East on Avenue 42 as there is no entrance available due to the median, and at the light you are not allowed to make a U-turn. So when you make the left hoping to make a U-turn at the next light - well that's not legal there, too! So you get stuck in driving way out of your way to find a safe place to make a U turn after waiting through 2 lights so you can double back. Not a fan.

Worst experience ever at McDonald’s. I waited 24 minutes for a burger as the girl gave me a nasty look. When it opened a year ago the service was ok but went downhill fast. Typical in that area of Indio.
This is an exceptionally good McDonald’s. It’s it’s quick. It’s very clean. People are really friendly and there is a lot of traffic but they keep it moving really really is a good McDonald’s food was great.
