I've got one major problem with this McDonalds location. As a business, if you're going to embrace the advantages of automation, then you need to be prepared to compensate for the disadvantages. Recently had my order online canceled. Victor, the manager was very helpful and helping me through the process of re-ordering. During my initial order, I was short on McNuggets and he told me to come back and he would take care of me. Where other others would complain he was very helpful in Correcting the situation. For the most part my orders have been correct and fresh. For some reason they like to close the drivethur earlier before the restaurant should be closed. First time this happened to us it was 10 minutes early and as of tonight they should be closed at 11pm and it's 10:40pm they had already put up the yellow cones to close the drivethur. Which I have been to other McDonald's and they would have been opened still. Sucks for them because both times they had not only me...
