This location the staff is always friendly and very helpful. One time we ordered donuts and a kind employee brought us waters to our seat out of kindness because we forgot to order something to drink. Itâs always clean and the donuts are superb chewy, moist and perfect sweetness. Good job everyone who works here.

The lady was nice, I got 1 hot Cheetos mozzarella And one potatoe and mozzarella. I was very excited to try this, I was disappointed, the cheese had a really weird after taste, it tasted expired, I also got a chocolate sprinkle Doughnut That was pretty good.
Iâll give the food 0 stars But the doughnut I canât complain I also got 2 sauces In total I spend $20.00

Always nice to grab something sweet and different. They always have different flavors which is really cool, they are always so friendly and the donuts delicious! You never need that many because the mochi is pretty filling and satisfying.

I stopped by this place itâs near my wifeâs work to have a little sweet doughnut after lunch. we got the original and the vanilla latte. Both were delicious and perfect to split between the two of us. While eating them, we noticed that they had specialty hotdogs that will have to wait for another trip.

Extremely disappointed in the customer service I received today 7/14/24 around 3pm. The two girls that were there were fine at taking my order. We ordered an original and two mozzarella with potato and 3 drinks. My total was $37. Food and drinks were great. Except the Tiger tea I ordered has chunks of raw powder at the bottom and most of it had turned in globs of inedible mush. When I asked the smaller of the two girls if she could remake a new drink (while handing her back the full drink I purchased back to her) she said no, that was how the drink was made and it was supposed to be chalky powder globs at the bottom. I politely told her she was mistaken, it just wasnât mixed right, and if she could make me a whole new drink and I would give her the full drink back. Again she refused. I asked her to speak to the manager and she said there wasnât a manager on site. But ultimately a very kind man came to the front and said he would make me a new drink, I explained I didnât want the same one, but the girl was rude and kept saying interrupting him, telling him that I didnât want a new one and she would refund me instead. ?? how does that make any sense? Why not make me a new drink if you were going to refund me?? Wouldnât it have made more sense to just make me a new drink from the start instead of arguing with me or even giving me a full refund?? I took the refund and left. Our plan was to order a dozen doughnuts before we left and unfortunately because I heard them gossiping about me, loud enough for me to hear, we just left. Unfortunately bad employees cause businesses to fail. Being that youâre a newer business Iâd hope that you would rectify the situation with your employees before they bring your business down.
They offer a variety of what i would say is similar to a corn dog but less greasy and tastier and an array of delicious delicately flavored donuts.
The place is clean and neat.
I was with my granddaughter and her friend and we all enjoyed our treats.

I know not to come here anymore. As soon as my family and I walked in the guy at the register left the register and went to the back. The lady that was working there seemed so annoyed that we came in. She literally sat in a chair and just watched us. No âhey how are you?â Or even âhow may I help youâ I was standing at the register for over 2 mins without any assistance. The donuts were stale and chewy also, the bathroom did not have any tissue or toilet seat covers. The soap bottle in the bathroom was extremely dirty and crusty. On top of that the tables they have inside the mochinut were really dirty. They have these huge crevices/ gaps in the table that are filled with old food. You can tell they never clean in between those gaps.

Not only did they have us waiting long because she never put in the order for my drink. They gave me extra large ice chunks to the top of the cup. While my husbands cup had the normal amount of ice. Iâve never had an issue with this location before and I was very annoyed. $6.47 for a full cup of ice. Not only that this location never has boba. I enjoy the donuts but this definitely soured the experience. Yellow straw is my cup with extra ice. Blue straw is my husbands drink with normal ice.
