Went in to order an Açaí shake on 11/19/23 and due to dietary restrictions asked the cashier to remove a few ingredients. The young man(cashier)proceeded to grin and laugh as he thought my order was weird and was very disrespectful. I immediately left the store. To add, the glass door to the store was filthy. I definitely would not recommend this place.

This place deserves a zero star, but the minimum is 1. We went there 3 days apart and ordered the same drinks, but received completely different products. They tasted and looked completely off from 3 days before...same place.The açaí drink was green, which is quite impossible to achieve because açaí is deep purple. The peanut butter drink was watery.Service on the first day was slow, and we thought the person was new. Service on the second day was not good, but faster, however the drinks were whatever the person felt like preparing.(A) if you're a customer, go somewhere else get your fruit drink/bowl(B) if you're from corporate: please audit and train this franchise. It's highly deposing against the brand.We're not going back there.

It took a long time to take my Oder and no costumers was in the in the store.Also my drink had an after taste. There was no toilet paper in the restroom and I asked for toilet paper the staff gave me a roll instead of doing it themselves

The Service was TERRRRIBLE... seriously worst service ever. I went in at 10 am on Friday Nov. 24, 2023 there were two others inside waiting on their orders and the employee blatantly ignored me. I stood there (very patiently) looking over the menu and waiting for 10 minute. The chick working never looked my way, never acknowledged me nothing. I completely understand being busy, but she wasn't and could have at the very least looked my way and said something along the lines of "be tight with you" instead I was met with a very B**tchy and angry chick

The acai bowls and seasonal parfaits are delicious! There was one employee working and she made all 3 of our items very quickly. The inside is very clean with a coded restroom for customers.

Just overall super weird vibes. Asked if their hemp granola is vegan and the worker replied "we have gluten free granola?" I feel like if you work in the food service, especially "health food", you should know what vegan means.

I really try to use Yelp to boost local businesses but I am sorry to say the negative reviews are in line with my experiences. I have come to this place a few times and the experience is the same each time. The employees might not be given enough incentive to come in and do their best or maybe training was inadequate, but this place makes me feel AWKWARD for coming in to order. It's like you are bothering them by existing. The juices have always been tasty. The bowls have been inconsistent. The gluten free granola is actually JUST uncooked oats. The pineapple core has been cut for the toppings...which is good for you but it's not fun to chew. I work hard for my money and it just doesn't make sense to keep supporting a place that has no love for the customers or even for the products they're putting out.
I always have a good experience when I order from this store. The dragonfruit bowl is my favorite! Me and my son also love the pink flamingo smoothie.
