I usually come to Hono Hawaiian BBQ pretty often, but this last visit left me really disappointed. I asked the newest/biggest guy working there for two teriyaki sauces, and he denied me, saying they only give one per person because they need them for other customers. When I got home, I realized he didn’t even put one in my order. It’s unbelievable that with all the money I spend here, they can’t afford to give out teriyaki sauce. That doesn’t sound right — honestly feels more like laziness than policy. I hope management addresses this, because loyal customers shouldn’t be treated this way.

I do not see the attraction for this place. I've tried it twice now and both times I was thoroughly NOT impressed. The flavor wasn't very good. And I hate the tuna in my macaroni salad! I'm not going to try again. It's just a no from me

Just sat in Drive thru for 20 min for one plate of Teriyaki x chicken. Only car in the drive thru staff just standing aroumd with no sense of timeliness. Terrible! Not coming back again

so overpriced and not even worth it at all, go to panda express for better food, stop giving this company your money. my chicken was undercooked and i got food poisoning
