This business does not seem to exist. I went to the location, but it was just an alley behind some houses.

Loved these authentic birria tacos. The service was great, and the food was even better. I had the cheese birria tacos and had to try the birria tamale. It was really delicious. I talked to the owner, and he bought a building so they will soon have their own restaurant, I don't know when but until then, you can find them downtown Indio every Friday night and on Indios 2nd Saturday night each month or follow them on Instagram for their locations.

Went to the address provided on Yelp. Couldn't find the place. Asked a few locals, & none of them knew the place. Called the number provided on Yelp, but no answer. Wasted a lot of time searching for this place. Addendum: found them the next day after sending them a message on Instagram. Best to confirm their location first before heading to the address provided on Yelp. Food was good, but nothing really special to go out of your way for. I prefer a more hearty consommé.

We first learned of Outside the Masa on Instagram and the food did not disappoint. Worth the $12 bucks for three tacos stuffed with homemade authentic Birria. It's a must eat when visiting any food truck event. Do yourself a favor and ask for grilled onions and both red and green salsa, don't forget the consume!

Went to food truck Fridays in Indio. Can highly recommend the Burria tacos. These were the best I have ever eaten. Came with plentiful amount of pickled & grilled onions. The best part for me was the masa tortillas grilled to perfection. Can't wait until their restaurant opens!

So delicious. Got the chicken quesadilla and it was a huge portion, I couldn't eat it all at once. Definitely recommend if you're in the area!!!

My wife and I went there at the suggestion of our daughter. It’s the bomb, the tacos are authentic. Lots of meat in the tacos and the salsas and consommé were very tasty. We will definitely come back . I must say some frijoles de la Hoya and some aroz would have complemented the plate nicely .

Best birria tamales ever! The masa is to die for, so fluffy and full of flavor!! There is no doubt to why they won the tamale festival! Everything they serve is finger licking good! Their salsa's are delicious. And to top things off, the whole family is super friendly and nice. They thrive to keep their customers happy!

Birria tacos, quesadilla, deconstructed Tamales, great condiments! Not only is the birria delicious, but the owners are awesome. We come from Seattle for sun and family and always eat here. Don’t miss it!
