I went in a couple of weeks ago with my three kids, Alfred was the person who helped me and he went above and beyond. I took my kids for a quick lunch before a doctor's appointment. He saw me struggling with all three and kindly took our food to the table. Small acts of kindness definitely make a huge difference in someone's day. I appreciate Alfred for all his help.

Never order online. I ordered for 4 30 pickup this evening it was ready at 4 pm. I called And asked why it was ready 30 minutes early. I was told it was in the warmer. Hello I do not want old food in a warmer people. Make it at time of pick up not 30 minutes early. The food was CRAP. The boxes of family meal only half full so maybe enough for 2 people not 5. The last time we made sure our boxes were full because we watched them make it. The only good thing this time although the chicken was cold BTW as a place that serves food you should know chicken that sits and even rice can kill people. My orange chicken was soft and not hard as rocks as usual. At least there was a positive. DO BETTER for your 20 dollars plus an hour.
