Homemade everything. Delicious fall-off-the-bone ribs with a perfect bbq taste and a professional grade bark. The family running Papa’s BBQ is kind, generous, and masters of their craft. 10/10 recommend this place to anyone in the area. I got to try them at their popup at the Palm Springs Vintage Market in Palm Springs. Highly recommend.

My husband ordered katsu chicken upon returning home he noticed it was teriyaki chicken. I called and spoke to both Audrey and Maria at the Lake Elsinore restaurant and they said that it was he ordered. In all the years we have been eating there we only order Katsu chicken. Audrey proceeded to tell me my husband was hard of hearing and that is what he ordered. Very disrespectful and unacceptable. I hope no one else has experienced this- need to train personnel! I will never go back to the Lake Elsinore restaurant!
