I'm sorry to say the food was horrible my bread sticks were dry and the crust on my pizza was rock hard and the food was cold I had to wait an unusual long time for an on line order especially when I gave ample time prior to arriving also several other customers were upset for their waiting which made me even more uncomfortable. You guys have to do better to stay competitive in this industry

I took my daughter for a pizza coupon from school, once she received it, it had a hair, and the cook still had the audacity to say we planted it there, and they could not make my daughter a new pizza or give me her coupon back , Such a rude comment to say why would I plant a hair knowing I did not pay a dime for it so dumb.

Just wanted to shout out the staff here. We don't frequent Pizza Hut in general, but we came here to bc my daughters received a free pizza for their school's Book It reading program. The staff could not be friendlier. They were so kind, helpful and personable. Everything was clean.

We ordered 2 pizzas, the pizza we ate had a long black hair in it. We called to get a refund and it took us 30 mins to get on the phone while literally when we went to pick it up no one was in the damn restaurant. They made us bring the pizza back and also said they would only refund the pieces that we have left over. Like sorry we ate it before we realized there was hair. Spent $40 on two small pizzas.

Ordered a pizza for delivery online and they used doordash to deliver it. I get a message that the driver picked it up and was on the way. I left my phone number and a description of my room number and where at the hotel I was. I was given the driver's number so I could either call or text them which I did both. I called the number and the person didn't speak English. Pizza never arrived even though I got a text saying that I had received it. So I called pizza hut that I ordered from and never heard back from them

Flies in restaurant strong smell of drugs and the employees looked high my pizza didn't hardly have cheese.
They tried to short me of my 100$ bill by 20$ and the employee looked like they were on something their hair was completely undone my pizza barely had any cheese and pepperoni.

Had to spell my name 5 times for pick up it was at 1030 am no cars in lot how many orders due u possible have then my pizza was peperoni crispy peperoni bacon extra chesse no peperoni no extra cheese second pizza was peperoni and extra cheese it was correct it was for my valentine so I didn't want to ruin the dayI work 11pm to 7am so this was my dinner

Order over phone cuz online doesn't work. We're told 25 minutes. Idc that it's Super Bowl. Tell the freaking truth that when I get there 25 minutes later and you tell me 40 minutes... give it to me free.
