We sat at a car hop station for over 10 mins. before we went through the drive-thru. The staff told me the car hop station wasn't working. Why not put up sign? We put in our order only to find my 4 dollar hamburger was twice the price. Apparently they have more than one burger with the same name. When I asked about the mistake the staff member did nothing to remedy the issue. No discount or we will replace it, no help. The food was good so there's that I guess. Put up some signs and take responsibility for your mistakes.
I used to come here pretty regularly to go to the drive-through just to grab a cold soda with the best ice in town. And the last time I came through I ordered a cherry Coke with extra ice and do you know that cost almost 6 dollars?! That was my last trip here I see it looks like it’s going downhill quickly. I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s for sale.

Sometimes the best measure of a place is how they handle it when things go wrong. My wife and I grew up with Sonic in Oklahoma but don't have any near where we live now so getting Sonic tater tots and a coke is a special treat.
We drove quite a way to visit this one and, sadly, they were out of tater tots AND Coke. But, the manager couldn't have been nicer or more apologetic.
And, the burgers were fantastic! As always.

I've been coming to Sonic for slushies at least 3 times a week since it was built. The Styrofoam cups kept it icy for hours. Today I got my slushie in a plastic cup and it was flavored water by the time I got home. I want the Styrofoam cups back, otherwise I'll go to am/pm and pay 1/4 the price.
