Visited Starbucks yesterday — vibes were almost right.

The place had a steady flow and the baristas were cool enough, but something in the air was off. Like a subtle spell—everything looked normal, but felt… slightly enchanted. You come in knowing what you want, and next thing you know you’re holding a drink wondering why you even came. It’s like coffee and memory don’t mix here sometimes.

Still, the atmosphere was clean, the drinks hit decent, and it gave me a moment to reset. Not bad at all. Just not the spark I needed.

Could’ve been a 5 if it shook me awake instead of putting me under.
But hey, I was there.
And maybe that’s the point.
Keep moving. Magic or not.

Starbucks closing their sitting area for private events shouldn't be allowed. Can't make plans to sit and have a coffee if they're closed for podcaster training.

I always order ahead through the app so I can just get it picked up and I end up having to go wait in line at the drive through to pick it up. I don’t know why the app doesn’t let me know the lobby is closed so I could just avoid ordering, this is the only location that this happens to me.

I went into this starbucks and asked for a chai latte with a bit of sass and the worker looked at me with COMPLETE attitude. Then when i received my drink it was 3/4 full of what the person ahead of me got. Terrible service and fire that guy.

Absolutely disgusted with the behavior allowed at this location. I had called this location after finding out my wife had soiled herself due to a company policy not allowing the code to be given to anyone but the customers. I understand the need for such a policy, but I am appalled at the behavior of “supervisor Evan.” When I called to figure out how a supervisor could allow this, my wife was insulted with such a phrase as “well most adults should know how to hold it in.” Then, despite not raising my voice once nor insulting anyone (like my wife was), I was told I was the one being rude and I was overreacting. I have always done business here and have made MANY exceptions to their poor service and drink mishaps. Until made right, not anymore.

Went to pick up my order I asked the lady Jenni if this was my coffee she ignored me I asked her again cus it had no name n she says look for your name I told her there was no name she grabbed the cup told the other employees what it was they replied I think a regular coffee she proceeded to put the cup back on the counter and it spilled all over they made another coffee I took it home assuming it was the way I order with cream and sugar it just had black coffee

When I went to this Starbucks and was about to pay during drive Thur the coworker randomly said oh we’re closed now sorry bye and didn’t say a single word after really werid I was already getting ready to pay already ordered my drink his communication was really bad and it didn’t make sense to me because it says on here they closed at 9:30 and i ordered at 9:12 horrible Starbucks 2/10 I’m not coming back.😑🙃 👎🏽

This location is always short staffed and inventory always seems to be low. You can tell staff is trying though! The location is not the greatest. The area is dirty & the parking can get chaotic.

There’s were five people working and all of them were ignoring taking customers orders and refused to give code to the bathroom to the people sanding in line to order. The person in front of me had to order from app in store while in line cause no one wanted to take our order or assist in doing the cash register. They were rude and I will not be going to this location anymore, nor do I recommend it
