This location popped up while doing a Google Maps search for coffee shop while on a trip, only to find out it's buried in a casino somewhere and even after that couldn't find it... Hope you have better luck than I did. Tried to call location and was connected to the casino phone menu. At the very least, I wish they would remove this particular Google Maps Starbucks location. or at least mention it's INSIDE the casino. Fortunately there's another location less than a mile away...

Very disappointing. We mapped out to stop for coffee, lunch, and a restroom break and the lobby was closed. They only allowed drive-through or online orders. How can you be off the highway and not allow a restroom stop? I am an avid Starbucks drinker but opted for a Dr. Pepper from the gas station instead. I'm so disappointed.
I was just there for a friend picking up a few things for her and she said she was very happy with her coffee she said so if you need coffee she would tell you to go you will like it ☺️.

I will say that they make my Venti White Choc Mocha with an extra pump of White Choc Sauce perfectly every time and not everybody does. So, that's what the 2 stars are for. What I don't like is that I've been going there for years and you would think that when you see the same employees and manager, day after day, month after month and year after year, at least one of them would take the time to at least say hello like they recognize you. If I managed this location, I would make it mandatory for my staff to remember our regulars' names and greet them by name. I'm pretty sure this location gets many of the same faces due to the fact it is buried inside a huge casino. Therefore, it would be appreciated by all customers for them to extend themselves and show recognition for customers whom keep coming back. Especially when they charge me extra for that extra shot of White Choc Mocha Sauce and I've never, ever been charged extra for that at any location in our 50 states. But, a smile and hello from them would make up for that.
