I didn't want to post online but there is no place to contact Starbucks otherwise. I ordered 3 drinks today through the app and had a wait of 16 to 20 minutes which was absolutely fine. However, when I showed up 20 minutes later only one drink was made. I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for the other two. On top of that, my mom's drink was not made correctly. The strawberries that I paid extra for were left out. We had to be somewhere so we didn't have time to ask them...read full review

Starbucks is a typical coffee shop, serving food and drinks to standard quality. However, there are some areas for improvement. The floors could use a good sweep, and there's confusion with mobile orders, which are not placed on the counter as expected. The music is also too loud, and requests to turn it down may be met with hesitation. On a positive note, the staff is willing to exchange coffee beans if a customer doesn't like the flavor, and the managers are impressive.
