If 0 was an option I would select 0 stars. Every time we order here in the drive thru my order is wrong. Today I ordered a medium caramel Frappuccino with a caramel lined cup and what did they sell me? A venti with regular amount of caramel. Other times my husband requests no whip and what do we get? whip cream. It’s honestly annoying. Hire more intelligent people who can take an order correctly. I rarely got off here but when I do the trash is overflowing and poor customer service. Hate coming here!

Needed to finish up work stuff here and was never greeted as I walked through the door. Ordered mobile so waited for my order but needed to use the BR, ignored, so waited to get someone’s attention for the door code. Really downbeat response and no smile at all. As I sat and worked, there was a large staff meeting and one can hear their meeting from where I was seated. Believe atmosphere could be a little subdued but maybe impossible.

Not noted that it’s drive thru pickup only, workers ignored knocks on the door.

Come on guys. Everyone is human and makes mistakes, but don't hand the customer the drink you screwed up. I'll wait an extra 5 minutes if it means my cup isn't full of milk!

Taking the time to acknowledge the following barista Lali and Z very friendly, starting with lali who took my order super nice and she made sure my drinks were are made correctly. Z the one making them also made sure everything was correct from the start to the end. They made my day!!!

This is the nastiest Starbucks I’ve ever been to! I took pictures of the bathroom I will find a way to upload here. No toilet paper, fecal matter all over the toilet in & out. Floor looked like a dirty wet dog came in and shook everywhere! Mirror was disgusting & foggy. Staff was rude. The girl making the drinks was just loudly talking bad about another employee to another lady in the back stocking making my checkout awkward. I clearly do not write negative reviews but this location is gross, keep driving!!
