Restrooms were not clean
Beware Starbucks fans. If your driving and need a rest stop, unless you are willing to buy something, you are not welcome to use their rest room here! Ugh!!! I’m sitting inside this Starbucks drinking their coffee and eating a cheese protein box and a man asked for the code to the bathroom and was turned away because he didn’t buy something. I was wondering how many thousands of times over the years he had picked up morning coffee and other items at a Starbucks somewhere in this country. They just lost that customer and my respect for the Starbucks culture just dramatically diminished.

Super bummed we stopped back in December and purchased a few things . We purchased 4 gift cards and none of them had funds. The manger never took the time to call me back and see what we could do to fix it because I do live 7 -8 hours away. Tried calling Starbucks customer service and it was terrible. Won’t buy gift cards from Starbucks again
Drove 15 minutes to the place for them to open over an hour late, i didn't get my coffee, so I wasn't late for work.

5 staff people on a slow afternoon and yet took them at least a minute to come meet me at the counter and acknowledge I was there

Could be cleaner, not the first time trash is overflowing. The music is so loud the speakers crackle. Messed up orders on multiple occasions.

Going through the drive through we paid with a credit card and asked for a receipt. After inspectinng the receipt, we noticed the cashier added an extra 20% tip without consent. Unfortunately, we were not in a position to go back and complain in person. We normally tip but it was disconcerting that this took place without asking first. To improve your customer service, please ask your customers if they want to add a tip if they are paying with a card at the drive-thru, not just inconspicuously add one and hope it doesn't get noticed... hope management does better with trainning.
It is Monday 5/27 2:52pm. The person helping the drive thru was very rude and unprofessional.
