One of the few that open early and off the freeway, very convenient!!! I usually go 4:30-5am morning staff is always friendly, and welcoming. Keep traffic ongoing. Coffee tastes good. Restrooms are always clean. It always nice and neat. Great atmosphere! It’s rare when something is out of stock. Out of the three near Indio locations (Jackson and Monroe) this is the best one. Baristas know how to make good drinks not watered down coffee.

Yesterday, Sunday, November 2nd, I went through the drive-thru at this location for four drinks. The first person who took my order over the speaker didn't even complete it. Immediately, another female employee took over the order. When I got to the window, the first person I had heard on the speaker was there; it was a male, and I obviously recognized his voice. He was not at all friendly, my order was incomplete, and when I checked my coffee, it wasn't prepared correctly. His face reflected contempt towards me, which is what caused my frustration. I don't usually use names, but I will this time because I don't agree with having this type of person in customer service. His name is Alvaro.

It’s 7:40 and both coffee unit are down to clean - why not do that closer to closing at 9:30. Also did not see any sandwiches- cooler

Customer service could use some work. Came in for mobile order.. no hello no how can we help you... just walked by like i was annoying them. Asked for restroom code and they said well do you have any order... it's not hard to look up from what you are doing to say welcome in... well be right with you. You shouldn't assume we are not customers and if you are going to have a policy that you must purchase before using the restroom... then post it on the door.

Very disappointed with this Starbucks. Even though the location is convenient, the attitude toward people is far from welcoming. Something as simple as using the restroom without making a purchase was denied, while in many other coffee shops this is not an issue. It feels like here customers are only seen as money, not as human beings. The atmosphere and service are definitely below expectations.

Quiet, calm, clean, convenient off the freeway ....Got one dark coffee to go. I was in and out in no time. Great location. Coffee was not as robust and fresh, almost watered down and stale tasting.
