Been to this store couple times and never had a problem, girls are always very nice and helpful. However, the new manager has no sense of urgency and lets her team down. I asked for a venti water and the manager Alondra refused to give me one and said “only grande” and walked away without an explanation.

What an experience!! First I called, to place an order for pickup because the app wouldn't let me order it, the guy who answered Ishmael stated that in his 4-5 years, he never took an order on the phone that everything had to be gone via the app or online when I told him the situation he didn't seem to understand, when I told him, I needed to speak to someone else, he said no managers currently available then proceeded to hang up; went in because I needed a traveler & closest Starbucks to my meeting; he was there & 3 other girls, they all had their headsets, very young, explained the situation it took them like 20minutes, I was the only one in there, super slow, they were very young looked like they could still be in high school; they smirking, laughing & whispering to each other on their headsets, no professionalism whatsoever!!!! My husband observed everything from the car & said what is going on with kids now a days but shame on Starbucks for not teaching them to be more timely and professional! Definitely not coming here again!

They got my drink correct, which means a lot. Bathroom does have a code. It was clean and nice for a pitstop. They don't have the usual pastries here.

Firstly, we come to this Starbucks often and have always had a great experience…until today! The female behind the counter was either just having a bad day or is the kind of person who should not be working at Starbucks. We merely asked to have the table and chairs put out which were locked up and instantly had a snarky NO. No reason no nothing. We often come and the tables need to be unlocked with no issues. Not today. She finally asked whom she said was a manager in the back and again was told no. They are wet she said. I would have wiped them or the blazing sun would have dried them. Anyways, the situation, I feel, could have been handle better at least with a smile. I hope her day gets better from here. (Starbucks-Golf Center Parkway)

Rude, unpleasant, bad attitude made my drink incorrectly went through the drive-through had them remake it. She had an attitude ask me to give her the original drink back I did, lol she took it back and threw it in the trashcan. It's like she thought I was lying or something like lady get a grip truly, I'll never go to this crappy Starbucks again in the bathroom. Smell like a urine like seriously hire somebody to clean the bathroom Starbucks you're $1 billion company it's pathetic.
Only drive through open! Don’t park and walk to the store, waste of time, huge line for drive through!

The most Lazy, disrespectful, undisciplined, worst managed Starbucks in the entire valley! It’s been 3 times that pull up to the drive thru between 4:50 k 4:55. AM trying to make a order & left waiting minutes for a reply from the intercom that never comes. Meanwhile you see staff in the coffee shop flat out looking at you & ignoring people in the drive thru. Even went as far as closing the blinds so that even the people that parked tried to go in thru the main door. Wouldn’t be able to get their attention thru eye contact. If I could I wouldn’t give it any stars.
