One my husband just came in today for lunch at just before 1 pm so who ever works that time maybe it is time to fire them and asked that my sandwhich on a flat bread not be toasted yet they did. HARD as a BRICK. My husband had a different bread old stale hard as rocks. How do you not realize you are feeding people bad food. If I get sick I am suing you. Both breads were at least 3 plus days old.

seems to be that the employees pretend not to speak English and can’t preform their tasks at all. Don’t even know anything about their coupons and have no people skills whatsoever.

Today November 26th I came to the subway in Indio on 111. The girls that work in the front know little to no English and it looks like they’ve never sold a kids meal. They wanted to charge me individually per item and they refused to give me the applesauce. I kept translating what it says on their menu for the public to see?‍♀️. Please train them properly, not the girls fault for the lack of training. I wasn’t going to cause or argue about two applesauce. They got lucky with me because someone else would cause a scene.

I came here last week. The girl who made my group of 4 sandwiches had a bad attitude I overlooked it because I had to be at work soon after. Continued to order. Ate my food. My daughter immediately got food poisoning hours later. I didn’t think it was food poisoning until I got the same symptoms the following morning. As well as my mom and sister. This place is inconsiderate. I emailed corporate about the issue and did not have any concern or care for my well being. 60$ spent at this restaurant for 3 days of stomach pain. I have a strong stomach so for something to bother me that much. Is disgusting and dirty. Never again will I return to this restaurant. I never come to this location but unfortunately did this day.

That's the 5th time I caught them trying to charge me for extra stuff that wasn't even on there like extra cheese when my Subway had no cheese at all, of any kind no cheese; This is very suspicious because all the employees are doing it it's almost if the boss is telling Them to do it; because after I caught them the 5th time they acted like it never happens.
