Good people, making good sandwiches .Roast beef sandwich .excellent sandwiches
Honestly wasnt expecting much considering all the subways in this valley suck. But was charged full price for eggs when i only asked for half, was also not told I was being charged for eggs or told that avocado was extra as well. The ladies there were rude and didnt seem to care about their jobs. I wouldn't recomened subway anymore, spend your money at Jimmy johns or jersey mikes.
I placed a subway app order at 6:57pm (order # 93165F6B-59) and here I am roughly 2 and a half hours later, after dealing with an under trained supervisor and possibly general store manager over a $7 sandwich. My sandwich was made incorrectly, so I called the restaurant and the employee who made my order answered and pleasantly said to just bring the sandwich in and they would fix it. 2 minutes pass and I receive a call from Ana who is the working supervisor, stating the sandwich error was our fault, to which we said, well the receipt represents the correct order, so are you calling to argue with us? She then says no, but the system shows the standard sandwich and not the modified one you ordered, so it's a system error. She speaks to my father, since at this point I'm getting frustrated with the run around. We then are told they are out of the bread for my sandwich, so I now state we would like a refund and a substitute sandwich now. This is where Ana decides to state she can only remake the sandwich and not fulfill both a refund and substitute sandwich. She agreed to making the sandwich, but said she couldn't do the refund unless she refunds the entire order. The phone call becomes frustrating on both ends, so I head over to the store since a SIMPLE error is being blown out of proportion and mishandled. When I enter the restaurant, I apologize directly for the frustrations that occurred on our end over the phone. Ana seems fine with it, however attempts to deflect that the sandwich was made incorrectly not due to human error, but because of the system and the list of how the new sandwiches should be made. I attempt to understand the situation and ask for a copy of the order they receive. This is when the truth comes out that the sandwich was just made wrong. The pleasant employee, then steps in and apologizes saying it was her fault. We understand but ask for a refund and a substitute sandwich (again, since the ciabatta bread is no longer available). Ana then informs me that she has contacted her GM, before me coming, and they will only approve of either a refund or sandwich, not both. Please read below for remaining review. If I want my sandwich and a refund, I would have to A) purchase another sandwich tonight and come back in tomorrow to speak with the GM to receive the refund for my initial sandwich, or B) come back in tomorrow with the incorrect sandwich from tonight to receive the sandwich and refund. The first option leaving me with paying for a sandwich twice and receiving a refund for one sandwich and the second leaving me with no dinner? I AGAIN go in circles with Ana about the situation for several minutes. She persists to ask us to make a decision because, “she has to go do stuff in the backâ€. I ask Ana, a supervisor, for contact info for their regional and district manager, which she says she doesn't have and moves on to helping tend to customers that have walked in. In the meantime, I'm at a table, on the phone, going over the event with my father and while customers clear out Ana states, “I'm annoyedâ€. We discuss in circles again the situation and now am just wanting the contact info for further assistance. She says she doesn't have that info and that she can't call her manager because he/she can't work off the clock to help with our situation. So I ask her, did you not call your manager just 45 minutes ago to be told how to handle this situation? So I tell her, your manager is only available to work off the clock when it pertains to questions you have, not customers? She again states she needs to go and get things done in the back to. I laugh at this point because how far the situation has gone for her to prioritize her tasks over dealing with customers. Then, she says the ciabatta bread for the sandwich is ready, would I like the sandwich. I agree, wanting to come back the next day regardless. The pleasant employee clarifies that if I accept the sandwich, I will not receive a refund tomorrow from the manager, so I leave saying we'll be back tomo
