This place is the best of La Quinta and Palm Desert Subways. Absolutely clean, orderly, and the employees deliver great customer service. The right employees make all the difference in a restaurant. I’d hire these guys in a heartbeat if I ever happened to interview them.

Excellent location. I had lost faith in Subway for a minute after back-to-back experiences with poorly constructed sandwiches, less than satisfactory ingredients and condescending staff. Not to mention prices going through the roof, although I can’t single out Subway on that.. This franchise has restored my faith! The franchisee really cares about their restaurant and hires/trains friendly and patient employees. It’s no wonder their tip jar is always full. And yes, I have been here multiple times- my experience was no fluke!

Absolutely terrible.Ordered 4 ft long at approx 12:15 today Sunday and I will never go to this location again. Bread was stale. Just the worst! Disgusted!

I called 15 min. before closing at 9 pm to place an order and no one pick the phone so I decided to go the store in person. Waitted 10 min. In front of the cash register and no one shows up and then 2 employees came from inside office at 9 pm and she said sorry we are closed..REALLY!!

Order the BMT salad and end it up with a ham salad. Registered for curbside delivery documented we were there waiting and no one delivered for 20 minutes. Eventually went inside to find the worker sitting in the back talking on her phone. Very discouraging. I hope she had a bad day and this is not the future for this particular subway
