Sushi Bento is a hidden gem! We've been loyal customers since 2018, and it never disappoints. It's a small, family-owned spot run by a sweet Korean family. While their English may be limited, their hospitality and incredible food speak for themselves.
They offer everything from sushi (raw & cooked) to poke, ramen, and even a few Korean-inspired dishes. Our go-tos are the garlic spicy edamame, Super Dragon roll, Mango roll, and the Hawaiian poke. And if you can’t decide, just ask for the chef’s special or let them surprise you, you won’t regret it!
Don’t let the size of the place fool you, this is quality food made with heart. Always fresh, flavorful, and made with care.

If you're craving sushi rolls and some Korean comfort food, Sushi Bento is definitely the top choice in the city of Indio. The restaurant features a unique traditional Korean interior that adds to the overall experience. The Korean owner warmly welcomed me, and I even got free drinks, such a nice surprise! The food was excellent. I ordered the California roll, Rainbow roll, chicken teriyaki, and udon soup. Everything was well maded and very delicious. Prices are reasonable, I paid about $51 plus tip. I highly recommend this hidden gem in Indio!
Place doesn't look nice, place is not in a nice area of town, it's not fancy inside BUT the Food is Amazing!! Can't wait to go back again. We tried the Yakisoba, The Black Tonkotsu spicy ramen and two sushi rolls and it was all great. Genuine Japanese.
