I ordered a sushi roll for $27 and found a sharp, hard object inside it (see photo). I almost swallowed it.
This is extremely dangerous and unacceptable. Finding a foreign sharp object in food is a serious safety issue that could have caused choking or injury.
I immediately lost my appetite and trust in this restaurant. For a place charging premium prices, basic food safety should be a given.

This was our little secret sushi place for years, but we are SO happy to see them blow up! This is a place to get quality sushi with a great vibe and extremely friendly staff. The owners all partake in greeting, seating, and waiting. They make accommodations & recognize regulars, and always greet people in as well as when they leave - you get a cheerful send off. Our favorite sushi chef is KEN! He’s a sweetheart who’s cheerful and is so fun to chat with, especially if you sit at the bar. I am so happy for their success because they sooo deserve it!! Love love SUSHI ON!

In Indio this is one of my favorite sushi restaurants that is near my wife’s work. They’ve always had very good food and their sushi. Premium rolls are always delicious.

Our traditional Sushi-with-Dad dinner. We were greeted immediately and told we could sit anywhere. We chose a table across from the sushi bar. Shared two small bottles of premium saki. Both were delicious. Had Toro, Ankimo, Hamachi, Scallops (at the chef's recommendation), Ikura, Halibut, Salmon Nigiri and a Lobster Tail Roll. They were out of Amaebi. Everything was delicious. The chef was very generous in his portions and the servers were friendly and attentive. I would like to have tried more rolls but we had plenty of food as it was. I definitely recommend you try it.

Decent food, very clean but unreasonably expensive. $6.50 for a scoop of white rice !!
So far my best sushi experience in the Indio area. By myself so I sat at the sushi bar and it was very good absolutely delicious. I will definitely be back.

Went & ate with my family. We bought two miso ramen bowels, which were delicious & we also had some California sushi rolls & they were great as well. Would highly recommend to anyone who's a lover of sushi.
