-Menudo Riquísimo. Muy Limpiecito. Buen Sabor. Tortillas echas a mano. Una patita de puerco al lado. Un coca helada. Todos los condimentos. Es El mejor Menudo que e comido! -This Menudo was amazing. Great taste, clean, all the right condiments. Two large hand made corn tortillas. Pigs feet and hominy. Perfect. Pictures don't do the taste justice.

So the customer service isn't the best, but the menudo and hand-made tortillas make up for it. The sweet corn tamales are also tasty. Honestly, that's all I ordered every time I ate at this restaurant, so I can't speak for the rest of the menu.

Hole in the wall in Indio, outside does not look like much, but they make the BEST birria de chivo (goat stew) in the valley.

This place never disappoints! Tacos are great And the beef birria with rice and beans is a must with homemade tortillas. This restaurant is one of the few with homemade tortillas. I sit on the chivas side because arriba las Chivas ! Try their chabelas too. Yuuuum !

Just like the rest of the reviews describe this place, a hole in the wall. The esthetics may not be an important aspect for the owner but they sure make up for it with the food. The salsa here is as amazing! One of the best salsas I've had. I got a sope, taco and my husband got the huarache which were all excellent! I've had sopes at other places where the sopes are very hard but this place has very soft and fresh sopes. The agua de horchata was also delicious!

Hands down they have the best Menudo in town, they also give you the option of with hominy or not (No Hominy is the best way ?)
