First timers here, we actually had a great experience! Our server was Gisela and she was super friendly, attentive, knowable and radiating positive energy! Highly recommend her. It was super busy as it was Valentine’s Day but we chose to join the virtual waitlist, so we drove there around the time it quoted, checked in, and basically got a table and waited under 5 minutes. The food was yummy and I would come here again!

We got gift certificates from Texas Roadhouse for Christmas. Not impressed. Overcooked my filet. The sides were bland. There's better food in the area but for some reason all the vehicles in the parking lot were from out of state. Not my vibe I guess.

I am dissapointed with Texas Roadhouse Indio sector in California reason they have a long wait when there is only 2 people in the party and 90% of their retaurant is empty and the wait is for 2 people 15 to 30 minutes, I guess they do not like parties of 2 people they rather loose the customers then fimd them a seating when 90% of the restaurant is empty, besides I was waiting with my husband for 25 minutes there were 4 parties of 2 that came after we did when they called us that our table was ready they had us stand on a number and they took 3 parties that came after we did, I then complained why were this people going before us if we were 25 minutes before they were there, the hostess Keiden stated he didn't know why but that we were next. After seeing your reviews for this Texas Roadhouse in Indio it seems that it's a problems that has been ongoing without any results. I think this restaurant in particular needs new management and they need to address this problem. Food was great, waitress was great and prices were fair, only needs to improve the mention problems.

First time at a Texas Roadhouse and was pleasantly surprised. The service was lacking a bit, but the food was good for a chain bbq restaurant. The portions were also generous which matched the pricing equivalent, in my opinion. This isn't necessarily a place I would search out, but if I came across another one in my travels, I wouldn't mind going again.

Today, we came for my hubby’s early birthday celebration. We had GIO. He was so nice and very friendly and very kind.
