Truly a great food experience! This family owned business cares about their food, their customers and the cleanliness of their restaurant. We loved the brisket and pork sandwiches and my son loved the design of the butterfly grilled cheese sandwich!

It is advertised food fresh and made to order. I was excited to try this place. What a disappointment. I went there to try the stuffed Chicken. They had none. Expecting hot crisp fresh fries, they must have been sitting for awhile, limp and cold. My pulled Chicken was dry with a little mayo on one end of sandwich. The bread was good. My husband’ Fried Chicken was dry too. It is advertised fried chicken breast not chicken breast cut in half thinly sliced.I would swear it looked frozen and tasted frozen. The spaghetti was just okay. I hate to leave such a bad review but I expected better with the good reviews.

UniQue Bite Eatery is a solid dining choice for those who desire a casual atmosphere and exceptional food. It’s a great stop for those traveling through town with easy access from I-10 and plentiful parking. We had very moist and tender beef brisket and a marvelous lamb burger.Counter Service was super friendly and knowledgeable with nice assistance for a first time customer.We will be back the next time we pass through town!!!!

My family and I spent 10 days in Indio and found uniQue Bites Eatery to be our most favorite place to eat. The food there is absolutely delicious (my favorites were the pork sandwich and the brisket sandwich and my husband's favorite was the Philly Cheese Steak which is very high praise from a person born and raised in Philadelphia)! The owners and staff were so nice and friendly and offered the best service you could ask for. We highly recommend this eatery to anyone living in or vacationing to the Palm Springs/Indio area. When you go, tell them that Gayle and Steve sent you!!! You will not be sorry.

Long time take it to go, first time eat in, food is still excellent eating in but Friday night singer added to the experience so we eat there. Great choice, nice night out.
