Wow I don't think I've had worse. The first time we came here it was good so we came back. This time, the lady that took our order didn't speak a lick of English. She then got our order wrong (missed an item entirely) we then reordered it (salmon bowl) and it came out hard as a rock burnt to a crisp. We took one bite and threw the entire thing out. Horrible. My kids refused to sit inside because the smell was bad too. Won't be back.

Finally a place that serves good food for a fair price. I wasn't expecting much and was i pleasantly surprised the rice bowl with steak and veggies was great. Just the rite amount of meat veggies and rice. I really liked the sauce they had as well. Food tasted like good quality. Definitely recommend.

The hours of operation clearly state 10am open it is now 11:10am and its still closed. Very unprofessional and this franchise should reconsider their hours of operation to a more later time.

As I sit here waiting for my food I feel like I should ask for a refund and walk out. It is so dirty, the staff is very disheveled wearing torn and stained T Shirts and not polite at all. Not a single clean table and not any other customers in sight. Completely out of Pepsi stock and half the fountain is out of order. I hope I don’t regret this meal.

WaBa Grill is an excellent spot if you're looking for something quick, healthy, and delicious. The menu is super easy to follow—you get to build your own bowl by choosing your protein, base (rice or veggies), and sauce. I had the salmon veggie bowl, and everything was fresh and cooked just right.
The restaurant was clean, well-organized, and the staff was friendly and efficient. They also offer dumplings, tacos, salads, and a value menu if you're on a budget. Great for a fast lunch or dinner without sacrificing quality.

The lady had bad attitude! She looks like she don’t want attend, they are super slow!! No even smile!! I feel like I was asking for alms! Total disappointed!
Couldn't enjoy my food because it was to hot in the building I walked in from the heat and inside felt just as bad. They say the air was on but I fell NOTHIN!!!

07/05/2025 Just came to the Indio location at 10:05, doors were open and I was waiting to be helped. The plus size lady was SO rude for no reason and yelled “we’re not open yet!” 3 times without starting at us. We asked her “until what time do you open?” And she kept yelling the same thing over again. At this point i’m thinking she’s joking or something. All I did was ask what time will they be open since the establishment/business sign says OPEN and there aren’t any posters saying different hours will differ. Probably didn’t hear us since they had CORRIDOS blasting louder than a kickback 😂 So rude & unprofessional for being a business.

It was my first time at this location. The water on the floor and overall unclean tables should have been the first clue. The tortillas tasted like dirty grill and the meat was cold.

This place is down the street from my house so we sometime order take out, generally their rice bowls. The bowls itself are good but they often are out of white meat chicken and a few times I've ordered white meat and they gave me dark meat so keep an eye out. Tables and floors are generally sticky/dirty and the resturant is kept at an ungodly temperature, picyure attached has the thermostat at 83*. The staggering have always been great and their quick to turn around your order.
