The girls bathroom was gross with notes saying to stop clogging the toilets to the customers we got a miso soup and pork dumplings because they were out of chicken and they wanted us to wait 20 minutes for the chicken.

In the women's restroom, there was a dead roach and the handle of the toilet was broken. It also took about 5 minutes for anyone to show up at the counter to take our order. It seems poorly run and possibly unsafe to eat.

Road trip, dining near the Tesla chargers. Never been to a WaBa before. Walked in and the floor was sticky. Ordered the house salad with avocado, wild salmon and sesame dressing. The salad was good. The amount of plastic this place uses is CRAZY. Utensils are wrapped in plastic, the salad bowl is plastic, dressings come in small plastic containers and the food is put up on the counter in a plastic bag! The store owner would save on condiments if staff asked the diner if they wanted any sauces. Had I known, I would have said no to the “croutons” and the extra sauces which I threw away. The ladies room toilet has a broken handle and had no toilet paper. A worker remedied that when I let her know.

This location needs a lot of help. Service is slow, soda machine is broken. Ac barely works. Floor is extremely sticky ??. The entire place needs repairs and better management.
This location is probably the worst WaBa I’ve been to. They forgot the dressing and dumplings with our plates, and everything tasted dry and not the freshest. The cashier literally didn’t say one word during our entire transaction. The Flamebroiler in Indio is a much better vibe.

I don’t want to give them one star but I can’t post this without one. They are in the store with the door locked, won’t answer the phone but they have hours posted they are open at 10 am and it’s 10:30 now
