It is a chain unfortunately the staff needs to work on their communication . I had to relay my order several times. Coffee is just okay. Unfortunately they need to make sure that the unfortunate customer does not solicit inside. My compliment is that the donuts are. made fresh on premises . Not rehydrated and decorated like other chains.
An iconic donut shop at the Indio area. The sandwiches are amazing! I hadn't visited this place in years and I am so glad that I did!♡

So happy to have found a Winchell's when on a trip from Washington. My parents owned one in Colorado when I was a kid. Brought back nice memories and of course the donuts are the best!
