Staff are horrendous! Arrived from Australia today and wasn't sure what their Columbian coffee tasted like so I put a little bit in the cup. It was nice but it was cold, tried it twice more with two other identical machines, they were cold also. Went to pay for $10 of items and was demanded I pay for a large coffee because I 'threw it'. Argued with the rude staff, instead walked out. Great entrance to LA. Pick up your act.

ENRIQUE is very unprofessional. He provides rude customer service and does not want to provide assistance when help is needed. Also, he refuses to make pizza at certain times of the day, when the sign on the pizza window says that pizza is available "anytime." I don't know how Enrique has been allowed to work here for so long. There are always homeless people asking for money outside. It is a sketchy area. I do not recommend going here.
